Great overall experience. Staff was excellent. Thorough check inn experience. Clean room , nightly happy hour and awesome pre selected breakfast delivered to the room. Perfect location to all restaurants and shops. We will be back. Thanks

Great place for a couples getaway

Great location with parking and helpful staff. The included breakfast every morning was delicious and the wine hour every evening was a nice touch. All the shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again on the next couples getaway.

Everyone from the desk clerks to the housekeepers are friendly and helpful. Excellent location, delicious breakfast brought to us, updated rooms, afternoon wine reception. Our upstairs room was so comfy with great bed, ceiling fan, lots of pillows, fireplace, frig, water bottles, snacks. Our favorite place to stay in Carmel!

Mom and dad luxurious staycation

We felt so spoiled in the vaulted room. It got very cozy with the fireplace as we were smartly warned about. The snacks and refillable water/tea bottles were such a nice invitation to stay fed and hydrated with the water refill station on site. The grounds are peaceful and quiet and the bed was very comfortable for a lovely night's sleep. Our breakfast choices also spoiled us and we were happily full to start our day! The lobby is inviting and has a couple of games if you choose to unplug that way. There is space to mingle. We didn't get to partake in the guest hour but I'm sure it would have been splendid!

A wonderful experience! Such a lovely hotel with great customer service. The breakfast the next morning was delicious! The location is prime and walkable to downtown. The room was very comfortable and spacious. It was a little bit hot and the AC didn't seem to work at night but other than that a great experience from start to finish.
