HarbourView Inn

This hotel is in the perfect location in Charleston and their service will not disappoint! We were so impressed with the warm welcome by Don and Douglas right as we entered the beautiful entry! The location is just steps away from Waterfront Park and one block from East Bay where there are some amazing restaurants and just a few blocks from all of the shopping on King Street. Davis was very helpful with parking our car, and the extra amenities were over the top! We had breakfast every morning (that you order the night before and leave on your door) which is delivered to your room, the rooftop terrace, or the atrium...your choice! They also provide wine and appetizers every evening, as well as milk and cookies every night! My favorite perk was the fridge with cold water bottles available in the lobby 24/7! I highly recommend this beautiful hotel with its southern hospitality!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is steps away from Waterfront Park and all the popular Charleston sights in downtown. The staff are welcoming, valet parking is a breeze, and the hotel amenities are a nice touch—I loved the cookies offered at night. The rooms are nice, clean, and inviting. I loved the breakfast service and the comfy robes. A few small downsides: the TV doesn’t have apps for streaming services built-in so you’ll need to bring your own hdmi/firestick/etc. Also, no fitness center on site but you can use the fitness center at their sister hotel. I love the robes, but I wish they provided slippers too. For the awesome location, clean rooms, and hotel amenities I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The visit was perfect from start to finish. They prepped me with an advance phone call making sure that if I had any questions that they stand by to answer any before my arrival. I was greeted quickly by the bellhop staff and quickly transferred our luggage. I was taken up to registration where Alex happily explained all the wonderful amenities we should expect…..nice beverage whenever we would like some sangria, wine and cheese from 5-6, cookies and milk 9-10pm and delicious morning breakfast to order and delivered wherever we wished to dine. In the mean time, the room was wonderful, bed was nicest of any hotel I have stayed, and the roof top patio has wonderful views. I look forward to making arrangements there for my next trip.

We had an amazing experience at HarbourView Inn. We have stayed at many luxury hotels all over the United States and this one was the best. The exposed stone and plaster walls, the chandelier, and the high ceilings gave the room an authentic historic feel. Our kids loved the free candy in the lobby, the cheese and crackers in the evening, and the milk and cookies before bed. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. If we go back to Charleston this will definitely be the hotel we choose to stay at. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during our recent couples trip to Charleston. The hotel is tucked away on a peaceful street with harbor views but still just a short walk from Charleston’s top restaurants and shopping. Our room was bright, spacious, and inviting, and I really appreciated all the amenities the hotel offered. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and conveniently delivered to our room at our chosen time, simply by leaving an order form outside the door. The evening wine and cheese reception was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, which was a great spot to unwind with a book and some fresh air. The complimentary bikes made it easy and fun to see more of the city. Every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Charleston
