We have stayed a couple time each year and it is always an excellent get away. Relaxing in the SPA after a wonderful treatment is bliss. The meals at Madison's are always delicious and the rooms are luxurious and comfy. The staff is excellent and cannot be more helpful and pleasant.

Without a doubt, this was the best location and the best service we have ever experienced. I highly recommend this property, we will return. Congratulations to Chris and his staff for making this a stay that we will never forget.

We had a wonderful time at The Old Edwards Inn & Spa. The room was wonderful and the service was first class. The Madison Restaurant dining was excellent. The entire complex is very impressive with many high end shops and additional restaurants nearby. It was a very positive experience and we are planning to come back again soon!

From the moment we arrived, the OEI exceeded expectations. We booked an off-season midweek stay (bargain!) for a badly needed girls getaway. I knew that all of the rooms were great, so I didn't fret about choosing the lowest priced room. It was a deluxe lodge king, and I would move in tomorrow if I could. My friend's Falls Cottage was beautiful too - the fireplace was so cozy. Central on the property, my cottage room was convenient to morning coffee in the Lodge and close to pools, restaurants and the spa. The room had an enclosed private front porch with shutters for privacy, or opened for a room-expanding sunroom. The king room was beautifully decorated with luxe fabrics and antiques. The bathroom featured heated floors, a heated towel rack and the most unbelievable shower I've ever used. Fantastic products, nice little touches like a scrub mitt. Cookies in the room to welcome me, Nespresso and a fridge in the room. Amazing housekeeping staff. What really puts the OEI in a class of its own is the staff. Friendly, respectful, helpful to the extreme. After my first night, I wandered into the Lodge lobby for a cup of coffee. One of the employees (who all stood when I came in!) asked me if my room was comfortable. I told her that I slept well, but that the mattress was a bit firmer than I was used to. Without missing a beat, she offered to locate a feather mattress pad for my bed, and within an hour, the room had been serviced with the new comfy bedding. The spa was another standout experience. Elegantly furnished and well-staffed, they literally anticipated your every need. Hair bands, toothbrushes, disposable hairbrushes – everything. My massage with Angela was wonderful and relaxing, and the sauna, spa and relaxation rooms, along with lunch, made for a lovely afternoon. The entire property is perfectly maintained, fresh towels always by the outdoor pools/spa, firepits lit every afternoon. The Old Edwards Inn is a truly exceptional property.
