Given the stellar reviews, my husband and I decided to stay at the Milken Creek Inn for a few days in late January to celebrate my birthday, and our initial welcome was delightful. Latrice greeted us warmly and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from the Cassia room to the gorgeous Brookwood Guestroom – a fantastic start, and check-in was smooth. We also thoroughly enjoyed the plentiful and delicious breakfast options offered each morning and our in-room couples massage. However, our experience took a noticeable downturn due to significant customer service shortcomings. On several occasions during our stay, we encountered a frustrating lack of responsiveness. After multiple unanswered phone calls attempting to reach the front desk for assistance, we were repeatedly forced to walk down in person to get assistance. This inconvenience significantly detracted from our relaxation. The issues escalated after our checkout on January 31st. Just a couple of hours later, Missy contacted me to let me know I had inadvertently left a book behind. I appreciated her offer to have it shipped to us, which I gladly accepted. Unfortunately, this seemingly simple gesture turned into a drawn-out and disappointing saga. Despite multiple follow-up calls and conversations with Missy, Latrice, and the manager, Robert, regarding the whereabouts of my book, it never materialized. On April 11th, I finally learned the astonishing truth: my book had been mistakenly sent to another customer! Robert apologized profusely for this error. He took down my address again, promised to personally ensure my book was sent to me, and urged me to contact him directly in the future to "make everything right." This phrasing suggested to me that he might offer some form of discount or perk on a future stay to rectify the situation, which wasn't necessary because, I just wanted them to return my book! Despite Robert's assurances and the implication that he would take steps to make amends, it is now April 28th, and I still have not received my book. This complete lack of follow-through, despite the polite apologies and initial helpfulness, is unacceptable. What began as a promising birthday getaway at the Milken Creek Inn ultimately left us feeling deeply disappointed and questioning the integrity of their customer service. We went from genuinely loving the inn to concluding that this will unfortunately be a "one and done" experience for us. Their smiles and polite demeanor don't compensate for the dishonesty and failure to honor their commitments.

Highly recommend and what a gem to find. it was certainly 5 star service. The hotel is beautiful and set in grounds down to the creek. Laretta and Missy went above and beyond to make our stay and trips run smoithly. Our room was well presented and spotlessly clean. The products in the room were high brands. The breakfast was delicious and early evening they had a cheese and wine platter in the Liounge area for all guests along with a glass of wine. Louise and Graham

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary in Napa. Staying at Milliken Creek Inn was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The inn is incredibly beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

We had a lovely time at Milliken Creek Inn. We appreciated that they let us check in early. Our room (Cedar #7) was so comfortable. The fireplace made everything feel cozy. Our balcony overlooked the river. Unfortunately, it was pretty cold so we didn’t get to use it too much. Breakfast was delivered at time we specified and it was delicious and plentiful. Happy hour (5-6pm) was good (cheese, crackers, fruit, olives, and cookies), and we liked taking our food and wine back to our room. All of the staff was friendly. The Inn is not within walking distance from any activities, but it is within about 5 - 10 minute drive to Wine Train (highly recommend), Copia Culinary Institute of America, downtown area, Oxbow Market, and paved trail along the river. This is our third Four Sisters Inn we have stayed at and each one has been wonderful!!!

Milliken Creek Inn is the perfect place to stay while visiting Napa. The rooms are beautiful and the views are spectacular. Their outside area is tranquil and lovely to just relax by the fire pits with a glass of wine. We stayed in the Cedar Room and would highly recommend it- it was perfect! The breakfast is delivered to your room at a set time each morning and there is a large selection of breakfast entrees to choose from—and it was very nicely done both in the presentation and the quality! The afternoon wine hour was also very good-selected cheeses and homemade cookies with a red or white wine option! There were plenty of non- alcoholic beverage options available 24/7 . Finally, the hospitality here was nothing short of amazing. Latrice was an incredible hostess, very friendly (and funny), and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and arranged a wonderful day exploring wineries. Ben welcomed us the first night and could not have been more helpful and incredibly outgoing, friendly, and helpful in getting us acclimated to Napa. We would highly recommend this inn for anyone who wants to travel to Napa.
