Great Girls Getaway!
Outstanding and attentive customer service - front desk, housekeeping and Zees restaurant. Great property all around - love the free parking and easy access. So convenient to be right across the street from the Festival Theatre. Super comfy beds. Bathroom is a bit small but not problematic. Awesome being on the ground floor and having a little patio to sit on and enjoy a glass of Niagara vino!

Best place to stay in Niagara on the Lake wine country
We have been going to the Shaw Club for years and the service and rooms are always exceptional. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is truly the best place to stay in the area.

Picture Perfect Town
Fabulous hotel and staff were very attentive. Our room was absolutely amazing, and when we went into town for a look around WOW! So beautiful and picturesque, we eventually found the lake. Such a beautiful place.

You will not regret your choise...
We were very happy to have chosen Shaw Club Hotel as everything was perfect. Silent room, well equiped and hotel situated in a quieter area but near everything including Fort George and you do not need to use your car. We also decided to try the Zeez Grill for dinner and again, everything positive, complete satisfaction. We now understand the high ratings. Would recommend to my family and friends without hesitation.

Wouldn’t return
Our first stay here last year was fine - very nice large room, large bathroom, nice furniture, chairs, a desk. Jacuzzi in the bedroom, not bathroom, which was nice,. But we paid extra for the jacuzzi which, it turned out wasn’t working. But they did say sorry. And it’s connected to a very nice restaurant. So we came back this year. We still booked a “king deluxe jacuzzi” room. Turned out to be a cramped room with a standard bathtub with a few jets, no room for a desk, one small chair, with a lovely view of the parking lot. For the price, we could have done way, way better at almost any other place in the area. When we saw the room, we figured it must be a mistake - no way you can call this a “king deluxe jacuzzi suite”. But, yeah, apparently they can. Will not be back.
