Everything about this place is top notch! Location, rooms, cleanliness…..will definitely stay here again!!

This is my second stay at the Shaw Club Hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff at reception were very friendly, knowledgeable and are eager to hear about what theatre plays you are seeing. My room on the 2nd floor was beautifully renovated with an amazing shower! The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the welcome gift of macaroons and 2 small jars of jam. I had both dinner and breakfast at Zees Restaurant and both meals were excellent. The food is plentiful, and tastes good. The waiters are knowledgeable about their menu and provided friendly service. The hotel is directly across the street from the festival Theatre which is very convenient. A 5 minute walk from the hotel brings you along the main shopping street. I highly recommend this hotel!

We spent 2 nights at the Shaw Club Hotel. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the theatres, and downtown area. It is quiet, as it is located just off the main street. This is our second time at this hotel, and we will be going back again. We were greeted by Mikayla at check in. She was very friendly and accomodating. I wanted a kettle for my room and she was able and happy to provide one. It was evident that she cared about the comfort of the guests. We were greeted every time we came or went by cheerful ready to help staff. Jennifer was lovely, and provided us with a lot of information about the area. We had breakfast in the attached restaurant, Zees. It was delicious, and our server Jayda, was extremly pleasant and attentive. I have already recommended this hotel to friends. We would have rated it 5 stars, but we had a slight problem with the housekeeping. When we reported the issue, it was dealt with well. We felt that overall it offered good value for the cost.

This is the perfect location if you are in NOTL for the festival. This hotel is across the street from two theaters, has free parking for guests (saves $25/show), has a great restaurant for all meals, is a few blocks from many other restaurants and a 3rd theater. Did I mention near shops? So location is fabulous. The room is plenty large, with a lovely shower, plenty of towels, large tv and good temperature control. Bed is comfy. Staff is very accommodating. We stay no where else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shaw club. We have stayed there previously and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting NOTL. The staff is accommodating. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is perfect right around the corner from the main street, so it is quiet, but conveniently located. We dined at Zees and had a delicious breakfast. We highly recommend staying at the Shaw club.
