Shaw Club

I selected the Shaw Club Hotel for my one-night stay while attending a business bookfair nearby, having traveled from Toronto. It was my first experience with the Shaw Club, and I was drawn to the boutique-style ambiance showcased in the photographs. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between modern and vintage, aligning beautifully with my personal taste. Additionally, my stay inspired me to attend a play at the Courthouse Theatre, which is part of the Shaw Festival, and I found it to be an excellent performance. Regarding my hotel experience, I was greeted by a very polite lady at the front desk (whose name I regretfully cannot recall). She exuded warmth and hospitality, truly making me feel welcome. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. My room, located on the first floor, was cozy and provided all the amenities I needed. For my next visit, I would prefer a room with a terrace or balcony, as it would be lovely to enjoy my morning coffee in that setting. Overall, I found every aspect of my experience to be exceptional, and I genuinely appreciated the quality of service provided. Everything was top-notch; I truly found everything wonderful.

This was our first time visiting the Shaw Club Hotel but won’t be our last. It was a special experience from our first point of contact until we departed. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and received special treats upon our arrival. The staff were very courteous, enthusiastic and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location is the icing on the cake for this gem!

Shaw Club Hotel is wonderful spot to enjoy Niagara on the Lake. The hotel is convenient, clean and service in both the restaurant and hotel were impeccable. Once you park in the free guest parking, you are good to walk all over the town, and walk across the street to Festival Theatre. The additional Shaw Festival venues are close as well. We had included breakfast which was more than enough to tide one over for lunch. The drive to Niagara Falls is easy and there is a WeGO bus that will take patrons all along the Niagara Falls parkway to access attractions.

Wonderful room, service and food. Spacious and quiet room. Enjoyed every minute.

The Shaw Club Hotel was a beautiful, conveniently located, modern hotel. The staff was super helpful from check in to check out, they even offer a virtual concierge that we took advantage of to deliver more Nespresso pods to our room when ours ran out. The amenities were unique and luxurious. My favorite was the beta fish (Finn Diesel), you could bring to your room as a pet for the day. The only downside for us was the fact that there was no pool. Otherwise this was the nicest hotel we’ve possibly ever stayed in!
