Inn Paradiso is a charming, ecclectic and unique hotel on the outskirts of Paso Robles. We stayed here for two nights for a special occasion, while visiting nearby wineries. There were some things we found peculiar: - They don’t have any front desk so they apply self check-in and check-out. - We didn’t see any staff anywhere (until it was time for us to leave, which is when we saw housekeeping on the grounds). - The entrance to the main lodge was locked during our entire stay. (Luckily, our room was connected to the main lodge from the inside, so we could get into the main lodge anyway.) - Our room wasn’t made up during our entire stay, and we had to call for things to be replenished. - We discovered there actually was a hostess on site, when we called the service number to ask for an iron. Even though the hotel clearly states, both on their website and in the booking confirmation, that dogs are not permitted in the main lodge and only in two suites dedicated to pets, the hostess not only kept her own dog in the main lodge but let it into our room when delivering the iron. We SPECIFICALLY chose this hotel because of their restrictive dog policy. Huge disappointment! The hotel was quaint, our room charming, and the bathroom spacious with a beautiful bathtub. However, we don’t think it lived up to a mention in the Michelin Guide. They didn’t even offer breakfast.

Inn Paradiso lives up to its name. We spent a hot August afternoon by the pool, ate outside in the warm evening, and enjoyed an almost-cool morning on the lovely grounds. The human touch is everywhere, in every piece of furniture, in every piece of art, in the uniqueness of each room. It's gem of a place, and we left wanting more.

Very disappointed, spiders everywhere the room, old ice cream in freezer, wondered if room was cleaned. Slanted ceiling in bedroom & bathroom, no ventilation. No instructions on coffee maker, no contact information for questions, no office or personal on property. Rough dirt road to property, our name & access code for steel gate was easily found at entrance. We are Airbnb host in Oregon and for the cost would never recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this location. The property owner, Property Manager and Inn Keeper really made sure that we had a wonderful stay. Well maintained and artistic location, every inch of the property is tastefully done. My son specially enjoyed seeing the bunny, deer on the property which we rarely get to see in Bay Area.

Well it is really like the garden of Eden in the beautiful area of Paso Robles. We had a blast staying here and Tova is simply such a gentle and helpful person. She made our stay so enjoyable really. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms house and really loved it. The swimming pool area is absolutely marvellous as well. Inn Paradiso location is perfect as well as it is literally 5 minutes away from lots of shopping options. If you stop by Paso ( and you should if you love wine), you know where to stay. Inn Paradiso !

Don't miss this place! Facility is wonderful, the owner/chef/innkeeper is a fantastic hostess. My wife and I enjoyed the dinner we had there so much the first night, we had all the rest of our dinners there as well. Definitely gourmet! Lots to do in area surrounding Paso Robles, with easy access to coastal towns & venues there.
