Fearrington House Inn

Overall, the character of the location is charming. The food at every location was horrible! We even splurged on the tasting menu for dinner and we only enjoyed one course out of 6. The spa was fabulous.

The Fearington House Inn and Restaurant are a wonderful choice for a weekend get-away. The hotel and restaurant and excellent with staff readily available. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

It's a nice place as long as you don't eat the the main restaurant. Breakfast wasn't good and tea was even worse. We can't speak for dinner as we canceled our reservations. The value is good for the room and poor for the food.

While the property is quaint and relaxing, the overnight rate of $450 is too high based on the facilities and services received. The Ferrington House restaurant breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea were sub-par and too expensive. We expected fresh food and received frozen amd flavorless. The spa was fantastic and highly recommend.

This stay was in celebration of a milestone anniversary for us. The entire experience was beyond our expectations in so many ways. There is nothing that we have ever encountered that matched nor exceeded the most delicious and interestingly prepared meal we enjoyed at the Inn's restaurant. Every detail associated with our accommodations was superb, but the highlight of the visit was our dinner. Having dined all over the world, in 86 different countries, to conclusively uncover the best meal of our lives, just a mere 30 minutes from our home, is fittingly ironic. In conclusion it was not just the foundation for a cherished life-time memory, it will always now serve as a reminder of our deep commitment and shared life together. Thank you Fearrington House.
