Inn at Round Barn Farm

We spent two nights in the Dana room. It was a beautiful corner room with a nice comfortable bed and a good shower. The grounds are amazing and breakfast was delicious. Ashley, the manager, was very friendly and had good suggestions for activities and dining. I would highly recommend spending some time there. We will be back.

This place is pure magic. If you are looking for the most special experience at the most beautiful place in the world please look no further than here. Kim has done an exceptional job making this the most spectacular place and the staff is kind, thoughtful, and thinks of every detail. In particular, if you are thinking of hosting a wedding or event here, please look no further. It will be the best weekend of your life and it is because of the immense care that each staff member puts into every detail. Renee, the event coordinator, is absolutely fantastic. She is organized, thoughtful, and the most kind and calming presence that any bride would love to have by their side on their wedding day. I can’t say enough good things about this stunning venue and space or the people who have helped make it so spectacular. I can’t wait to come back again!!!!

We had a wonderful 2 day stay! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The stay was tranquil and the grounds were beautiful. Ashley our Innkeeper was super friendly, gave us great recommendation for places to see and made us an incredible breakfast both mornings.

Beautifully surreal. It’s more than just an inn, it is an experience. The grounds and gardens are lovely. We were married here 30 years ago and it is just as lovely as it is now. The service is superb and the breakfasts are delicious and inventive, in a way. Scones, Benedicts, Blueberry Pancakes, etc. all with a flare. Ashley makes you want to come back for seconds! The nights are cool and quiet—we were able to leave the windows open and enjoy the night air and, in the morning, the birds singing. Just lovely!

The Inn at Round Barn Farm has become my favorite home away from home when I am in Waitsfield. It is a lovely historic building with acres of beautifully landscaped gardens looking out onto the distant hills. The innkeepers and staff are warm and welcoming. At a time when most inns and bed and breakfasts are cutting back on the breakfast part, innkeeper Ashley prepares the most delicious breakfasts of any inn that I’ve been to. Her light touch and fresh healthy ingredients result in meal that makes one smile.
