The Inn at Round Barn Farm...peaceful, beautiful, simply amazing.
The Inn at Round Barn Farm was amazing. We stayed in the Richardson room and it was beautiful! Exposed wood beam ceiling, fireplace, huge bathroom area with a sky light visible from the shower. The grounds and gardens were beautiful with views everywhere!! Breakfast both mornings was delicious, fresh, home-made. We ate outside and the view was spectacular! Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Historic home with beautiful gardens, great room with the fire place, steam room and jacuzzi, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly service, free wifi, plenty of parking. If I could give them 10 star review, I would.

A beautiful and friendly experience
I have stayed at the Round Barn several times now and each time I have been greeted as though I am family. Both Ashley ( the chef and innkeeper) and Kim ( the owner) are always gracious and warm. Ashley’s breakfasts are truly phenomenal, especially her delicate omelettes and her feather light pancakes. The rooms in the inn are beautiful and well appointed and the grounds are exquisite. All in all, a first class experience.

Everything about the place was beyond my expectations The staff is wonderful The beds and pillows are fabulous The end is really charming and the location made it all the nicer I will go back again soon And hope we have some business workshops there as well

Great getaway
Charming bed and breakfast just a few minutes from downtown Waitsfield. Friendly staff, my wife enjoyed talking with them each day. Don’t skip their excellent breakfasts! Some of the best I can remember. Comfortable room. Ours had a nice fireplace too. Short drive to sugarbush and good local restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Our 3 night stay couldn't have been more perfect! We packed up the family and off we drove from New York to Vermont for private, uninterrupted family time. While there, we had an absolute blast skiing, enjoying GREAT food and comfortable-as-home accommodations. Our goal was to enjoy each other, relax and have fun, and we did! The Inn at Round Barn Farm was exactly where we needed to be, and offered everything necessary to guarantee lasting memories for all of us. We've dragged our kids all over the country and across the world. THIS is where they remember having the most laughs! Thanks so much! We'll be back!
