Inn at Round Barn Farm

Inn at Round Barn is unique. It is surrounded by a gorgeous, carefully tended garden and nestled beautifully in a perfect Vermont scene. Rooms are all different and lovely. staff are warm and welcoming. And oh those breakfasts!

DO NOT book The Barn at Reeves Farm in Reevesville, SC. We booked our rehearsal and wedding date in September 2024. Wedding was suppose to take place November 1, 2025. Yesterday, three weeks before the wedding, the owner called and said she double booked and is cancelling our event! Just last month we sent a final payment for the rehearsal dinner, check was cashed and the owner still did not say anything about a double booking. Reeves Farm kept taking our monies throughout 2025 and never spoke a word about a problem. Reeves Farm has caused us tremendous stress due to their error and they really don't care! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING with The Barn at Reeves Farm.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Round Barn Inn this past weekend while being part of a wedding, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire experience was. The inn itself is absolutely beautiful — warm, charming, and full of character. The staff went above and beyond; their customer service was incredible, and they truly treated us like family. The wedding itself was picture-perfect. The barn is stunning and made for such a magical setting, and every detail was handled flawlessly. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and enjoyed by everyone. From start to finish, everything felt seamless thanks to such a dedicated and welcoming team. If you’re looking for a Vermont venue that’s both breathtaking and filled with genuine hospitality, the Round Barn Inn is truly exceptional.

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. We stayed in the Bernard room. Everything from the scenery to the incredible food and the people was phenomenal. Ashley took great care of us and her culinary skills cooking breakfast are outstanding. Highly recommend staying here.

From the time we got there until the time we left, we felt like family. The place was beautiful. The grounds were amazing, we took a leisurely stroll all around the outside it was so peaceful. The staff was incredible. The breakfasts were delicious. I can’t say enough good things about the place. If you go to Waitsfield, you have to stay there.
