Previously Hotel Villagio, The Estate Yountville is nestled in the heart of charming downtown Yountville in the renowned Napa Valley wine region. The Estate Yountville is a luxe, exclusive new lifestyle destination set on a lush and alluring 22-acre village-within-a-village. The first of its kind, The Estate Yountville has redesigned the Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner accentuated by two unique luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the good and oh-so-social Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary. At the heart of the famous Napa Valley, The Estate Yountville is a gateway to world-renowned wines, top-rated Michelin-star restaurants, exhilarating outdoor adventures, and vineyard experiences.

Wonderful property and excellent service. We will be coming back. The Concierge service was exceptional to make our anniversary exceptional.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with The Estate Yountville and they made it so special for us. We have had so many people ask us about our trip and where we stayed. Thank you for giving us the best experience!

Stayed at Hotel Villaggio at Estate Yountville to celebrate a 40th birthday and our first trip as a family of three with our one month old. The property itself is beautiful. Our crib was set up before arrival, and we appreciated a welcome amenity that included a half bottle of sparkling wine from Chandon and a slice of double chocolate cake. That said, the stay felt a bit inconsistent for a luxury hotel at this level. In our room, none of the bedside reading lights worked, there were minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom when we arrived (a couple of long hairs), and the toilet would occasionally try to keep refilling (stuck toilet handle) unless adjusted. We also noticed fairly constant thumping noises from the room above us during our stay. Overall, while the property has a lot going for it, our experience didn’t fully match what we were expecting for a special occasion stay.

Fantastic location in Yountville. Property is getting a bit dated and needs some updates. Some amenities have been degraded. Little things matter.

arriving at villagio to check in and being told we were at the wrong hotel and then being sent to the sister property. after loading bags back in the car and heading to the estate, we were told at that property we were at the correct hotel initially. we then had to load back in the car and drive back to villagio, unload again and wait 20+ minutes for a desk associate to check us in - all without even a 'we are so sorry'. also, sitting for over 45 minutes on friday afternoon at the pool without food or beverage service (all while watching a comically untrained and inefficient pool hostess run around – serving 1-2 drinks at a time and not clearing used food and drinks). i finally went to the bar myself. as a side note: any one of my resort staff in AZ would have doubled the hotel’s register take during that period (we were not the only patrons left unserved) and tripled guest satisfaction at the pool. just a bad look – and not 5 star. many more examples. as i see it, it's almost impossible not to conclude there are material management and staff training issues - completely inconsistent with a 5 star experience.

The Estate at Yountville is very relaxing and ideally located. The grounds, lobby and pool area are nicely done and welcoming. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean-nice bathrooms-comfortable beds.

At the Villagio Inn & Spa in Yountville, CA, not only is their front desk and reservations staff exceptional, we would like to particularly recognize their concierge, Mary DuVoure. Mary exhibited exceptional customer care and a true interest in the guests at the property. She was able to snag highly-coveted reservations at the French Laundry restaurant - not once, but twice! The Villagio ranks up there with the best of them - especially their concierge - and deserves to be recognized.
