Previously Hotel Villagio, The Estate Yountville is nestled in the heart of charming downtown Yountville in the renowned Napa Valley wine region. The first of its kind, The Estate Yountville has redesigned the Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner accentuated by two unique luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the good and oh-so-social Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary. At the heart of the famous Napa Valley, The Estate Yountville is a gateway to world-renowned wines, top-rated Michelin-star restaurants, exhilarating outdoor adventures, and vineyard experiences.

Beautiful grounds and elegant common areas. Enjoyed unwinding after enjoying Yountville during the day. Easy walk to great restaurants. Very comfortable rooms.

We were given an accessible room and not told this at check in, that evening when we went to shower. We realized we would have to sit in the tub or stand and hold a sprayer to shower. Typically when checking into a 5 star hotel you receive a welcome Email that details the type of room you will be staying in as well as asking for your arrival time. We did not receive any communication nor did they email back when i reached out. The staff is not helpful at breakfast , there is a lot of staff on but they just gather and talk amongst themselves instead of helping guests. The rooms are in need of upgrades, furniture dated and beds humped in the middle. Redeeming qualities of the hotel, great location, beautiful grounds, good food.

I helped plan a trip for 8 couples to stay at The Estate Yountville. The hotel is charming and in a wonderful location in the beautiful town of Yountville. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful rose gardens. The breakfast is wonderful way to start your day. They offer a menu to order off of but they do not tell you that it not part of the buffet breakfast and will charge you. When questioned about the charge the staff did not help provide any answers. Rooms are clean and very cozy. Just make sure you are not in the very back building rooms 500 at Vintage house, you will hear the highway all day and night. I gave this review a 4 out of 5 because before the stay, I spent months trying to get the hotel to help set up a group dinner for the party of 16. It was very difficult. Once a plan had been made to do dinner at the hotels restaurant on the property, Clementine. A week before our stay the hotel cancelled our reservation stating that they would not be open on the day of our reservation. It was very disappointing and had to rush around to find a restaurant that would be able to handle the large party. Lucky we did find Mustard Grill. The hotel did not show any acknowledgement during the stay for their inconvenience. I was given probably the worst room in the entire hotel and also the concierge came to meet me.

Almost everything about this hotel was top notch from the service, to the amenities, to the food at the on property restaurants, to the rooms. I loved the candy in the room ("be a kid again, have one!"), to the cookie jar in the lobby, to the delicious breakfasts, and the fabulous on-property restaurants. The pools are lovely as are all the public gathering spaces on the patio and in the lobby. The housekeeping was wonderful, friendly, and quiet! The bellmen/doormen were so welcoming, friendly and helpful every time we came back to the hotel. The only thing I didn't love about the stay of the hotel is the price of the rooms which were pretty grand. We were a group of 12 and our friend had coordinated our stay, reservations, dinners and activities with the concierge team. Unfortunately, several of the pre-arranged activities (bike ride, dinner reservations, itineraries in room, all second floor rooms) fell through the cracks. With the amount of money that was being charged for the rooms and the number of people that were brought to the hotel by our friend, I would have thought that all of our plans were set in gold, so it was disappointing to see that they were not. One other thing to note is that there is not a closet in the room. There is a rack with a few small drawers and shelves; typical of what you would see in small European hotels. I believe the room is large enough (and charged expensively enough) to warrant at least a wardrobe with a cabinet.

No additional bolts in doors, recommend bringing something. Closet space an exposed rack with not much space. For the price. - a cabinet would be better. Excellent staff. Nice lobby & outside space for relaxing. Nice complex. No elevators to 2nd floor if you need one. Excellent location in Yountville. Great bathrooms.

At the Villagio Inn & Spa in Yountville, CA, not only is their front desk and reservations staff exceptional, we would like to particularly recognize their concierge, Mary DuVoure. Mary exhibited exceptional customer care and a true interest in the guests at the property. She was able to snag highly-coveted reservations at the French Laundry restaurant - not once, but twice! The Villagio ranks up there with the best of them - especially their concierge - and deserves to be recognized.
