Wha a magical hotel! We stayed at another hotel also in beaver creek…the “other chain hotel” and had the most disappointing time last year and found this place on a search for pancakes. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sol and Maya and they were fantastic! Warm welcome with the cutest beavers for the kids and drinks for the adults! The location is perfection, especially if you are taking lessons as the escalators to the group classes are right here. The gallery is gorgeous and offers smores and wine for the adults everyday. The cleaning staff was top notch! Every night they would even place my kids stuffies for them on their beds. This is was really a special place! Back to the pancakes…my kids are obsessed with pancakes and as common as you may think pancakes are, not too may hotels around here offer them but the wonderful restaurant Antlers not only offered pancakes but pancakes the size of their heads and it was a huge success! Absolutely loved staying here, felt I was among family and can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Beaver Creek Lodge for the most magical time!

Perfect Location - Wonderful Staff and Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Nothing beats the friendly, welcoming attitude from the service staff, and it's what made us such loyal fans of the Marriott brand... We were slightly dissappointed with some of the cold attitude from the staff when we stayed at Beaver Creek Lodge 2 years ago, but they've brought their service up to the (exceptional) Marriott standards: the staff was very friendly, helpful -- super accommodating. From taking care of our skis that arrived a good five days before our arrival to providing requested items we had forgotten to pack, service was always with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. The daily wine tasting for my wife and me and s'mores for our kids were also a nice touch. The on-premises restaurant, Alpine & Antlers, was a bit disappointing from a food perspective, but there are plenty of high-quality options from pizzas to fine dining French cuisine within the resort -- most within just a two to five minutes' walk. (Just make sure you reserve well in advance during holiday weeks.) The hotel itself exits right out into Beaver Creek Village's main walking area and is just a few steps and several escalators to the gondolas and ski lifts. There are plenty of high-quality restaurants and shops just a couple of minutes' walk away in Beaver Creek Village. Again, being part of the Marriott brand that my wife and I have trusted for over 30 years, service was impeccable.

One person staff! The 50 dollars a night valet is the same front desk person. No AC in summer!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 7 months ago

Reviews are not true, mostly positive for proximity to ski slops. Don't come here.  Dated, dingy, and rundown hotel, even with superficial updates. At this price range, so many issues it's very displeasing.  We only booked here because we really enjoyed the Kessler collection hotel in Greenville SC.  I accepted the extra charges coming in but for an unacceptable return. We came in summer and suffered though a hot room with loud random humming AC. Drove us crazy. Super dirty filter. See photos.  Booked a room with a balcony and nice view but got a room without a balcony, and with no AC.  Engineering came in. Changed the filter. Didn't work. Offered us FANS! Didn't offer to move us, we demanded to be moved to a working AC room! This is all happening at 11:30pm with sleeping kids. 1:30am our time. Awful.  Room we got moved to had no view. Just the street. See photo.  Refrigerator was off. Woke up to spoiled food.  Bathrooms are cheap considering the premium price. ONE person staff. High-end hotel at 7pm with only one person at the front desk. So alone that this person is the $50 valet as well! I kid you not. This translates to 50/50 chance someone answers a call since they are probably parking a car.  I know this a thing that slow motels do to save but not a five star, 400-600 dollars(low season) a night with 50 dollars "valet" and a daily 50 dollars "resort" fee. Give me a break. Don't let the exterior drone photos fool you like it did us. This was summer season so ski access is irrelevant.  Even one hour 12pm late check out was denied and had to make feel like they are doing us a favor adding that one hour. The "resort" pool was just like a tiny home pool. I paid 50 dollars a night for! DON'T COME HERE!

Wonderful experience

Cozy and well run hotel. It is close to everything, and only minutes away from the slopes. We have been coming back for many years. Many thanks to Jackie at the front desk who this year as always has made our experience special and personalized !

Beautiful hotel with great access to Beavercreek. They make everything easy, which is so nice when you’re traveling with your family. The rooms were perfect and clean and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Cannot wait to return. Thank you for making our trip special.
