White Water

A very overrated , overpriced accommodation . Located across the road from moonstone beach this property has more the feel of a pleasant motel . As world travelers, very willing to pay for good accommodation, it was difficult for us to understand how this cost more per night than many of the St Regis or Ritz properties that we’ve stayed in . The property is clean and tidy. The much vaunted breakfast basket pastries which are delivered to outside your room were nothing more than a total of one muffin and one croissant . Staff interactions were pleasant but overall, I could not recommend this accommodation at this pricing .

This hotel has a warmth and style most evident in its beautifully appointed lobby lounge. Good linens and design also reach the rooms providing practicality and comfort along the way. Additional nice touches: a glass of wine upon arrival, breakfast in a picnic hamper outside your door each morning, and a s'mores kit for the firepit. Biggest compliments are for Armando and the manager who welcomed us and gave great tips for exploring Cambria.

What a gorgeous place. The room was excellent and we loved the breakfast which included a small bottle of champagne along with our coffee, orange juice & pastries. What a lovely touch. The location across from the beach was beautiful too.

We honestly can't say enough good things about our stay at Whitewater. The staff is beyond amazing. Everyone we encountered (Armando, Bryce, Mario & Leah) were all so friendly, kind, helpful and courteous. The morning coffee and treats were absolutely delicious and such a fun thing to wake up to every day delivered in a cute little basket right outside our door. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area at the inn is so fun with lots of cool outdoor spaces in which to sit and relax, tiki torches in the evening, and fire pits. We are already planning our next stay and cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Armando, Bryce, Mario and Leah for making our time at Whitewater so amazing!

This property is amazing and in a beautiful location. A small boutique place with 5 Star service. The room was very nice, very thoughtfully decorated and just a few steps from Moonstone Beach. The drinks, desserts and smores in the evening are a great touch and in the morning they deliver a breakfast basket. It is very pet friendly!
