The Lodge at Jaguar Reef

Our stay was so fun! We started at the Sleeping Giant Lodge in Belize (a sister property) and finished our trip here. Staff was great, food was excellent, and the snorkel trip we booked was so fun! We really enjoyed taking the golf cart into Hopkins Village and sitting on the dock for Happy Hour!!! Water was warm - which was a huge plus for me. Big shout out to Joseph, Marvin, Jerry, Kayla, Queley, and Kayla for make our stay extra special.

Our stay at the Jaguar Reef Resort did not disappoint . The room is beautiful ocean view and cleaned everyday . There were no sargassum in sight and the staff are excellent . I will like to thank all staff members for being so kind special thanks to Captain Larry, for grabbing us mangos off the tree, the waitstaff especially Queli and Leo the cleaning crew for leaving us extra teas and cream all the bartenders for the yummy drinks. See you again soon!

It is with profound regret that I only spent two nights at this beautiful hotel. Staff did the most to ensure that my stay would leave me with wonderful indelible memories of the property. Special shout out to Kayla who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Her smile and good humor was contagious. My well-appointed, tidy room with the plunge pool was a dream! Extremely well maintained grounds were a pleasure for strolls. Kudos to the entire team for making this a resort I will return to again and again. Oh, the meals were tasty too.

We recently returned from our trip to Belize, and the second half of our vacation was spent at Jaguar Reef. We had an excellent stay! The staff were wonderful. Jasmine at check-in and Kayla at Guest Services were exceptional. Upon our arrival, they were warm, efficient, and attentive to our every need. After our first night, Kayla greeted us at breakfast and asked how we had slept. I mentioned that the bed was a little firm for me, although I had slept fairly well. Kayla immediately offered to see whether a softer mattress was available, and she and Jasmine worked with housekeeping to have our mattress replaced. That was such a thoughtful and unexpected surprise! Captain Larry greeted us warmly each morning as we walked to breakfast while keeping the grounds in pristine condition. At the Paddle House, our servers, Queyli, Andi, and Leo, were wonderful and attentive. Joseph and Alicia (I hope I have her name correct) were very helpful with arranging excursions, loaning us bicycles to ride through town, and confirming our transportation to the airport. We had a great time on our Island Hopping excursion. It was our family's first time snorkeling, and Deshawn was an excellent tour guide and instructor. The waters were choppy that day, but Mike navigated the boat safely and got us to our destination without issue. Both Deshawn and Mike were patient, accommodating, and attentive to everyone on board. Even though it was the rainy season, we had a wonderful stay and were able to participate in all of our excursions as planned. The rain even made for great sleeping weather at night! Thank you to the entire staff at Jaguar Reef for your hard work and dedication. You truly made our stay a memorable one, and we greatly appreciate everything you did to make our vacation so enjoyable.
