Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa

I hadn't visited Green Valley Ranch for a while as it had gotten a little tired - but the new refurb has polished this up to be a lovely hotel. Good things - light, airy, not smoky at all. The rooms are spacious and light, with lovely furnishings, big bed, big shower and marble bathrooms. The pool area is amazing and unlike on strip hotels you can get a comfy quality sun lounger for free and reasonably priced day beds. The pool was a little cold - not heated, but a lovely hot tub space too. The level of the music is just right - not too loud and really attentive servers. Some lovely restaurants and bars on the casino floor - most of which look upgraded from my last visit (over 10 years ago). The slots didn't feel as current as many on the strip or in downtown, but still good. Tables were reasonably priced too. All in all, I think this will now be my off strip go to.

Great experience! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. This is a great resort option off the strip. The pool is great with a sandy beach on it and the pool service is exceptional.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I have written to you! Recently we have been invited to stay and play at Green Valley Ranch! What a lovely property! From our very first encounter with the bell staff to Miles at the front desk, we have loved the welcoming service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcom! The VIP services and the beautiful atmosphere speak to you right away! The property is spotless and it just feels special to be here! I cannot say enough about the wonderful rooms and the service we have received! I would definitely recommend to family and friends! Don't hesitate to stay and play here. Play is good. Food is priced fairly and the players club is generous. The District next door and the movie theater also add to a fun time with things to do besides gamble. It is a great place for adult and couple getaways! I know families are welcome but I think couples will appreciate it even more!! We have stayed all over this town, Up and down the strip and everywhere in between, I think this place is above and beyond perfect!! No lie....Enjoy!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my recent experience trying to book a stay at Green Valley Ranch was so unpleasant that I felt compelled to share it. I haven’t stayed at GVR since 2023 and was really looking forward to revisiting. When I called to book a room, I was transferred to the host office. The host who answered, was extremely difficult to understand as he was mumbling throughout the conversation. I heard his name is Giovani. When I asked to book, he told me I "did not qualify" to book a room through him because I’m not a casino player. I had no problem paying for the room, which I have always done in the past, but he made it clear he "only talks to casino players." When I politely asked to be transferred to someone else who could assist me with booking a paid room, he outright refused. I felt completely disrespected and shocked by how unnecessarily difficult it was just to book a room at a property I used to enjoy. Ultimately, I gave up and booked my stay at Red Rock instead—where the service was smooth, professional, and effortless. GVR severely lacks basic customer service skills in their host department. I won't be attempting to book here again anytime soon.

Came to Las Vegas for Kenny Chesney at the Sphere and wanted to stay someone more classy off the strip. This hotel and casino is incredible and super nice. The rooms are newly renovated and the service is a 10/10 everywhere you go! Ashley was our server at the pool both days and she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Thank you Ashley and thank you Green Valley Ranch for a great weekend!
