My husband and I had an exceptional gateway at this property, smooth check in, delicious food and great customer service. Beautifully decorated romantic cozy rooms with the nice views of the Zambezi River, loved our stay and do recommend 100%

The service was truly exceptional; every staff member went above and beyond with warmth, attention, and genuine kindness. I felt taken care of in a way that was both discreet and heartfelt, as if the team anticipated what I needed before I even asked. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every meal felt like a curated experience — fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. From breakfast with a view to dinner under the stars, the culinary team made each dish memorable. The setting itself is breathtaking, with the perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and the natural beauty of Zambia. This place is absolutely stunning. It is tranquil , nature at its best. The sound of the Zambezi waves just so soothing and therapeutic. You are in your own world. I went there for my birthday as a treat from my daughters. Boy or boy was I given an amazing experience. The team is young and vibe. I truly had a heavenly experience!!! Will surely be back with my friends.

My husband and I loved our wedding anniversary stay. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They threw inn some surprises. We had lovely candle light dinner with juice beef, did I mention a surprise lunch 🫢. We was then taken to an island 500m away from Zim where we had lovely conversations with another couple. We then had a super lovely dinner setup on our last night. The rooms beyond amazing! The photos don’t do this intimate location justice! Thank you for the Amazing time!!

Everything about tintswalo is magical and surreal. The staff is friendly,patient, and accommodating. We made the booking it was confirmed by Tom,were welcomed by pretty at reception on the mainland, all through our boat ride to the two islands we got the history of the island, Joshua was our captain on the boat. The rooms are kept super tidy,there is open WiFi, and phone reception is great. Numba,Mr Humphrey, and all members of staff were truly exceptional. 10/10 experience. I'm definitely visiting again
