The Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti Tazania is the pinnacle of customer service. They take a very personalized approach, making an effort to personally connect with the guests. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, personable, and helpful during our stay. The hotel was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Everything was extremely smooth and we never had to worry about a single thing. I would highly recommend this hotel! Alex and his sister Annie - extremely friendly and caring. So kind and helpful. Mustapha - the life of the party at the BBQ at the pool restaurant. Felt like we were close friends in 5 minutes. Khaliani was so genuine and nice. We saw him at every meal and he went out of his way to speak with us every time we were in the same room. The supervisors were extremely active, present, and seeking feedback. Top Notch!

What an unforgettable trip! The nature is insane, the hotel is truly impeccable. And when a minor inconvenience did occur, it was more than generously made up for. Highlight? My birthday with personal singing and fantastic cake. And let me also mention the guide Lanoyno who showed us cheetahs, lion cubs and elephant babies. Highly recommended!
