Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve

Sabi Sabi is a world in its own ! The resort-style accommodation overlooking the watering hole with frequent visitors from the animal kingdom and vast expanse of surrounding land is absolutely mesmerizing. Facilities and service was excellent. And the best part was the amazing team of Jana (our guide/ranger) and Lucky (our tracker) who were simply phenomenal. Jana is very passionate and a subject matter expert who not only took us through some great sightings but took time to explain animal behaviors and the bush ecosystem such that every game drive was an experience to watch and learn. Lucky has a super efficient "eye for sightings" and together they gave us an absolutely memorable experience. Also special mention for Conrad, the lodge manager who was present to greet us daily after game drives and ensured that guest needs are always taken care of. Thank you to the Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge Team for enabling such an amazing time for our family !

This is my favorite camp in all of Africa. I went with my six-year-old daughter and they had tons of activities for children and a wonderful children’s advisor. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. The dining was incredible outdoors with different African wild game animals each day it was really the trip of a lifetime and yet we meant it to just be One of another trip trips. We had a private game drive and I wish I could remember a wonderful woman Wac is our guide. She was a great photographer and absolutely charming and wonderful to my daughter. This is a whirl class resort and I recommend it to anybody.

I went to Sabi Sabi bush lodge last year for the first time and brought my family this year. It was another unbelievable experience. Candy and Jack are the best!

You read the reviews, saw the pictures on line and probably have an idea of what it's like to stay at a luxury bush lodge and spend your days on safari, at the pool, enjoying the spa and eating delicious food. Well, expect your expectations to be significantly exceeded. The moment we walked into the lodge we were greeted by our first names, every time we returned from safari there was a warm towel for our hands and face, the service is incredible, the food delicious, the bungalow/rooms are luxurious and immaculate. And the safari experience was pretty mind blowing. Our guides, Samke and Gladstone, were wonderful and had the most interesting stories and explanations for everything from the animals and birds to a simple leaf and twig (that Samke actually made into a toothbrush!). Since they were both from a local village we learned so much and enjoyed getting to know them. Every single person that we interacted with at the Lodge was amazing. There is no way to really explain the experience of being there. Go.

Our stay at Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge exceeded all of our expectations. This was the first time we would be taking our 6 year old on a safari experience so we were a bit anxious. The lodge itself is extraordinary, A highlight was being able to see wildlife mingling at the watering hole while having breakfast, a cup of coffee or chiling on the deck. The safari drives were of course the highlight of our time at Sabi Sabi. Our guide Warren and his spotter were top notch. The best of the best and if you have book a stay at the Lodge - my advice is to recommend Warren! He personalized each of our drives to ensure we were having an experience we would forever remember. And because of that not only did we see every type of wildlife imaginable, but the way we experienced the wildlife was unique and special. In addition, the sundowners and breaks were such a relaxing and fun time that our son started calling them "parties." We left Sabi Sabi Game Lodge knowing that some day down the road we would be coming back (and requesting Warren to be our guide again!)
