From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel like part of the family. Our accommodation was exceptionally comfortable and incredibly spacious, featuring a wonderful seating area, a huge bathroom with an outdoor shower, a very comfortable bed, and a large, fully stocked minibar. What truly made our stay special, however, were the people. In every area of the lodge, the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The level of service was exceptional, always delivered with genuine smiles. Conrad, the lodge manager, remembered our names and was always there to welcome us back from our game drives and to see us off again. His leadership and management style are at the heart of what makes this lodge so special. We really enjoyed spending time chatting with him at the bar—it felt relaxed and genuinely welcoming—and the wine tasting he hosted was a real highlight of our stay. He clearly has a passion for wine, which is reflected in the excellent selection available to enjoy with both lunch and dinner. Although we were unlucky with the weather and experienced a lot of rain, it didn’t diminish our experience in the slightest—we loved every minute of our stay. We enjoyed seven game drives with our ranger, Ulric, and our tracker, Nkosi, and were fortunate to see an abundance of wildlife. Ulric’s knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm were truly infectious. The food was outstanding at every meal, with plenty of choice and every dish absolutely delicious. We were delighted to learn more about the history of the company through conversations with some of the trainees. The family who own the business have clearly invested in meaningful community projects and developed excellent training programmes. We loved every minute and are planning when we can return. We cannot recommend Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge highly enough. Thank you.

Our visit to Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge was our first game lodge experience and our first trip to South Africa, and we were not disappointed. Firstly , i want to acknowledge our ranger, Anthea and our tracker Gladstone, who both really made our experience special. Their knowledge and passion for the environment and the animals was truly amazing. Big 5, no problem. the accommodation and restaurant, food, drink, service, setting all first class and we have no hesitation in recommending Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge. Trevor And Michelle Wood (Australia)

Sabi Sabi is a great destination for those who are looking for private game drives in a luxurious setting. The game drive lives up to its reputation of viewing animals up close. The lodges are beautiful, and the food was outstanding. Overall great experience. It’s just that when it rains they don’t go off road and the whole point of Private Game reserve is to be able to track elusive animals like leopards. Wish we had seen some more leopards and possibly a cheetah. Otherwise, we managed to get the full big five experience and some other great sightings

Our stay at Sabi Sabi bush lodge was exceptional from start to finish. The facilities were beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. Laurence and Conrad’s warm leadership and attention to detail made everything run seamlessly. Chane and Trevor-our ranger and tracker were outstanding, knowledgeable, passionate, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with, making every game drive unforgettable. Chef Dick consistently delivered delicious, beautifully presented meals that were a highlight of each day and Mama Z made every mealtime feel like hope! Sabi Sabi Bush lodge offers a perfect balance of luxury, expertise, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended and truly unforgettable.

To visit Sabi Sabi's Earth Lodge is a chance of a lifetime to participate in the very best of a world class bush experience. Thanks to the diligence & commitment of our ranger/tracker team, the game viewing was spectacular. Add to this the experience of staying in a luxury lodge with large comfortable suites, fine cuisine, excellent facilities and a level of camaraderie not often found in such surroundings and you truly have the best in the world. This all made for yet another truly memorable visit, never to be forgotten!
