Melia Serengeti Lodge sits in the heart of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park, home to the greatest concentration of wildlife on the continent. The lodge is situated on the naturally terraced southern slope of Nyamuma Hills and has spectacular views down into the beautiful Mbalageti River Valley and offers stunning sunset views. Great Experience in the Serengeti
Amazing hotel. Great view. The restaurant was very good. The staff were lovely. The rooms were upscale and comfy. The restaurant was awesome and a step up from most of the other hotels that we stayed at.

Amazing experience.
The place is incredible! Rooms are very cozy. We had Savanah view and saw animals at nearby watering hole every single day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Especial thank you to Salome who spent hours with the kids making bracelets.

Great stay for the whole family!
We had a wonderful stay at Serengeti Lodge. We were travelling as a large family with kids, and I could not have been happier with the hotel staff. Everything was excellent, from the caring staff, to the breathtaking view, to delicious food, to cosy rooms, to the swimming pool from which you can sometimes see elephants and zebras just casually passing by not too far away. One thing I'd like to especially thank the hotel for is their wonderful lady, Salome! She comes every evening to make bracelets from beads. We stayed there three nights, and each evening the kids would sit with her and make bracelets out of colourful beads she'd brought. They had iPads and TV for entertainment, but instead of using any of these devices, they preferred to stay with Salome, chatting and making things for at least a good 2-3 hours each time! She is wonderful with kids, and they had the best time with her! Big thanks to Salome!

Our guide Jacob made our the trip special. He saw a lot of animals and we got to see a huge variety of wildebeest. The people who served were the most kindest people I’ve ever met. The views from my room was amazing. I will recommend this lodge to my friends and family.
