The hotel facilities were fantastic. Wonderful spa and outdoor heated pool and hot tubs! The staff was uniformly excellent and accommodating. We loved the activities - morning hikes, etc. Our room left some things to be desired, though. Some lights not working, the heating system difficult to regulate, and has a very low toilet. The TV Streaming System was nearly impossible to get to work. The bed was very comfortable, though, and housekeeping was terrific! We liked having a separate bedroom and living area and it was nice to have a kitchenette.

An excellent lodge during the off season (mid October). Rooms are well maintained, quiet and comfortable. The pool is the best hotel pool I’ve seen, great for swimmers and plenty of separate room for kids.

The hotel is very beautiful and the views are equally as amazing, even though we did go off season, so unfortunately many of the stores and restaurants were closed my Fiancé and I had a great time! There was some noticeable wear and tear on the wardrobe, but the rest of the room made up for it. We went down for dinner at the Alpine Hall and my god it was great, the food is amazing and when they found out it was our anniversary, our server (Brandy?) gave us a complementary charcuterie board and desert, so it made it very special. We will definitely come again

I asked no fewer than eight people for a couple of birthday candles. I first tried to purchase in the variety store in town. No success. Then the store at the resort, front desk at restaurant, waitress etc. No one could procure a single candle. I saw Billy, the conceirge as we left the restaurant and asked him for assistance. Of course he was able to procure a couple candles. I knew if anyone could come through, it would be Billy!! An asset to Spruce Peak

Closed amenities, no mention on 3rd party apps which is the fault of the hotel, not the app. Top dollar- bogus resort (junk) fees. Very disappointing.
