Relaxing in a Natural Setting

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

If you are a walker the path along the river is beautiful. If you like a simple but tasty dinner, the bar area is fabulous. If you just want to chill, the outdoor area was great on a chilly evening. I will be back in the near future for additional experiences.

Best Pet Friendly Hotel in the area.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

LOVE that is place is super dog friendly! Our George loved it! He was treated like the king he is. They provide a pet bed and food/water bowls and treats! Plus he can also go into the lounge and pretty much anywhere on the property. Super convenient.

Don’t shop; Just stay here

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

This is a great, great wonderful place. If you are staying anywhere in the area, don’t bother to shop around. Just stay here. We will be back. The staff was wonderful and added immensely to the enjoyable experience. We originally planned on only one night. We extended and sorry we could not stay longer.

A world away, yet so close to home!

Amazing experience, you feel like you are worlds away and yet we were only an hour from our home. Great dinner at the Barking Frog and easy walk to some of the best wineries. It was our second time staying at Willows, there will many more to come in the future

Where Wine Country and Workcation Collide (in the Best Way Possible)

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

There’s something sacred about wine country mornings... the hush, the filtered light, the promise of carbs... And at Willows Lodge in Woodinville, Washington, breakfast on the patio is as close to main character energy as a keynote speaker and mom of five can get. I was there for business... facilitating a team-building workshop for one of my favorite clients just down the road... but this Workcation became one of my best blends of “work” and “cation” yet. From the moment you pull into the drive, Willows Lodge reads like a well-kept secret. Think wood beams, mossy landscaping, and just enough PNW fog to feel mysterious. You instantly exhale. It’s upscale without the ego. Romantic without being cloying. And incredibly well-located for those of us who love to be close to wineries, restaurants, and professional obligations… in that order. We had a king room with a deep soaking tub, plush bedding, and a gas fireplace that flicked on with a button — which is about all my over-traveled executive brain had energy for. The minibar was curated like a bougie snack bar for adults (yes to the local chocolates and red wine), and the bathroom? Spa-like. Just the way I like to unwind after a day of strategy sessions and leadership real-talk. Complete with chocolates and rose petals! Let’s talk about the patio. We sat outside for breakfast, wrapped in fuzzy lodge robes with coffee steaming into the cool morning air. The vibe? Sundance Film Festival meets Pacific Northwest innkeeper fantasy. We were the only ones out there, which felt like a gift. The eggs were poached perfectly, the fruit tasted like it had been kissed by actual sunlight, and the staff treated us like long-lost regulars, not first-timers with too many questions about the jam. As the CEO of Workcations and the host of the show Not the HR Lady, I look for properties that allow me to lead a session, make a memory, and enjoy a glass of wine without switching hotels. Willows Lodge nailed the trifecta. After my session wrapped, Justin and I walked to tasting rooms, browsed the artisan shops nearby, and clinked glasses to a day well spent. Bonus? They’re pet-friendly, too... perfect for the Workcationers bringing the whole family (kids or four-legged). Would I Stay Again? I've stayed before this trip and I'm already planning on staying again and maybe checking out the adjacent restaurant... it's 20 courses, or something fabulous like that. Willows Lodge is what every "Bleisure" hotel should aspire to be: thoughtful, accessible, beautiful, and unbothered. It doesn’t scream at you with flashy design or over-service. It just gives you room to breathe, room to think, and the freedom to be a whole human... not just a job title. If you’re in the area for work, make Willows your home base. If you’re in the area for wine, stay longer. If you’re just burnt out and need a place that won’t ask too much of you? Willows Lodge is waiting.

We stayed at Willows Lodge and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, we experienced five-star customer service and it exceeded every expectation we could have imagined.

We recently returned from our vacation at Willows Lodge. It was truly a remarkable stay - from the accommodations, to the sightseeing trip, and the dining experience. This was our 4th trip Luxury Link. Every time we leave, we say we will never stay in a place that great again - until the next time we stay at a Luxury Link property. Thank you for the opportunity to experience places we would normally not venture to.

My wife and I just returned two days ago from a four night stay at the Willows Lodge. I have to agree with the previous two reviewers on every count. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. I frequently get the impression that even top scale resorts are trying to pinch pennies by nickel and diming their customers, but that is absolutely not the case at Willows Lodge. We used our wine tasting voucher on the first night and instead of getting tastes of two wines as indicated on the voucher, each of us was treated to the two wines and a glass of champagne, and then given the remaining third of a bottle to take back to our room to finish at our leisure. One evening, we returned to the hotel and the clerk at the front desk offered each of us a complimentary glass of wine. How's that for making a customer feel special!

At the on-site Barking Frog restaurant, we found breakfasts were delicious and prepared using only the best and freshest ingredients. The Saturday and Sunday brunch menu allowed us to choose between breakfast and lunch items. The coupe de grace was the lunch basket we opted to take with us for our long drive home. We placed our order the previous night and a backpack was handed to us when we checked out. The backpack contained everything from our lunch (sandwiches, fruit, crackers, three different types of cheeses, fresh baked cookies and bottled water) to a cutting board, cutlery, and a corkscrew. We tried to explain that we were going home and wouldn't be able to return the kit, but the clerk explained that the kit was part of the deal. What a great send off.

Our stay at the Willows Lodge was our fourth Luxury Link experience. Although our three other stays were wonderful, this one was absolutely perfect in every respect.
