Just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel. Got a taxi from the airport which took around 45 minutes and cost 100 Euros. On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and offered a welcome drink and the offer of our cases being taken to our room. The room was very clean and modern. We stayed in a standard double. We didn't have much of a view from the balcony - but it was private. The shower, toilet and wash basin areas were all separate. Toiletries were in cannisters attached to the walls. All were pleasant smelling and of good quality. The room door was opened by placing your bracelet disk on the door handle and this also operated in the bars when ordering your food/drink. Throughout the hotel it was clean and modern looking. The corridors were very smart and clean and had water features in them. There were some lovely Koi carp for you to watch as well as some turtles sunbathing! The food and drink were very good. Breakfast was my favourite meal. Omelettes and fried eggs were cooked to order. Remember to order your eggs before standing there whilst your other food gets cold! The pastries were super tasty! Its worth downloading the Iberostar app too. This has all of the opening times and drinks menus on there for you to browse before you go. Breakfast, lunch and tea were in the buffet restaurant. However, we never went on a lunchtime and chose to have our lunch from the extensive snack bar menu. The pool area was very relaxing. Claudia always greeted us at the pool and was happy to carry out sunbed mattress to our chosen location. You could change your towels whenever you wanted. Rita encouraged people to take part in the activities. Activities are all listed on the app too. I enjoyed candle making, chocolate making and bingo. It was good fun. There weren't any children here during our holiday - just a few babies. On occasion there was live music through the day. One morning a lady was playing the violin at breakfast time. Another day a gentleman was playing the cello in the sunbathing area. He was fantastic and it was very relaxing. The evening entertainment on the other hand wasn't great. We saw a few singers in the bar on an evening. They weren't the best - but I'll put that down to it being the very beginning of the season. Service at the reception, bars and restaurant was great. Special mentions to Maico, Pepe, Ana and Lucia. The restaurant was self service. You were just waited on for your drinks. You just needed to catch someones eye and they came over to you. It's 2 minutes to the beach/walkway through the bottom gate (use your bracelet to open the gate and go left) and then a 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus (turn right once on the beachside path). Its a pleasant flat walk. There are lots of fab bars, restaurants and designer shops in PB plus lots of fancy boats and cars to see. All in all, we had an amazing time. We liked it so much that we extended our stay whilst we were there and have rebooked for the end of May! Can't wait!

We came here for a little quiet March sunshine and thebh didn't disappoint. The service was absolutely impeccable. Friendly hola's everywhere we turned. Every effort was made for us to feel welcomed and well looked after. The food was lovely and the cocktails a plenty. All in all, would recommend and would come again.

This is my fourth visit to this beautiful hotel and I had a brilliant stay yet again. The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff are all friendly and helpful, with a special mention to the bar and restaurant staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have excellent service. Rooms are extremely clean thanks to the fabulous cleaning team. We stay in the penthouse which is an absolutely beautiful, luxury room with everything we need and more. On this visit we had an initial issue with our room not being ready and this was delayed for several hours however this situation was handled extremely professionally by the reception and hotel staff, in particular Yaiza, the trainee manager who helped to rectify the situation and went above and beyond to ensure our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. She continued to check in with us during our stay and was always on hand if we needed anything or had any queries. The food is excellent, we usually stay half board and the breakfast and evening meals are excellent quality and there is plenty of choice each evening. I have booked to stay at this hotel twice this year and booked directly via the hotel website, I’m excited for my 5th and 6th visits. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the location quiet good - only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and the staff is very friendly. The pool however is much smaller than it appears on the pictures and most of the time full of noisy children but as long as the sea is warm enough for swimming who needs a pool anyway... With the exception of the beach bar there are no restaurants nearby, the hotel offers only all you can eat buffet dinner in the evening, so the options are very limited. It would be a mere 20 minutes walk along the beach to Puerto Banus with a lot of restaurants to choose from unfortunatly this promenade was closed due to some events at the time we were there. What we really disliked was the layout of the room. We had a suite which was nice and spacy but the bathroom was only an open space of it and the toilet a cubicle separeted only by a swinging glass door, open above and below providing no intimacy at all. Further there was only one light for it illuminating the whole bedroom as well so that unfrequent wake-ups during the night became common. The interior designer of this room should be punished to live in his "work of art" for a year together with his/her partner.
