Our room and bathroom were clean and airy. The beds were great. Elevator was nice and fast. We loved the front desk staff: they were very nice, cheery and respectful of all those in our big group (we had several rooms). Yobani was especially helpful, such an amazing young man with the loveliest smile!!! It was our first time in Seattle and he offered us numerous wonderful suggestions which we took and enjoyed very much!!! Shout out to Yobani: thank you so much for helping make our stay so fabulous!!! Would highly recommend 🥰

I stayed here solo, the staff were amazing, so helpful and just super friendly. The room was good and I had sliding doors which was a treat to get fresh air and the view of the city was lovely especially at night with the lights. My only comment would be that the bathroom was small and the water pressure was not great, very hard to get the shampoo out of your hair was hem the pressure is so weak

Room excellent clean and well equipped apart from charging point for iPhone so had to use hotel computer in lobby. Walking distance to many attractions. Bar and restaurant excellent service and good selections .would recommend .

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. Great location

Great location and clean comfortable hotel. Booked higher floor room, could hear a little city noise but not too intrusive. Location great for everywhere in the city and within walking distance of main attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, great place for breakfast straight across the road (Serious Pie/Dahlia bakery)
