The Resort is very beautiful - with very hard working staff. Dora's hospitality was AMAZING!!! and she knew everything we needed. She showed us all the activities with charm💪💪. Her vibe was on point for our whole team The Go team was BRILLIANT!!- Pablo, Nora, Oscar, Carlos, israel, and Zanya are out of this world!! Mexican show was good.

I had a good experience at the resort. It looks so beautiful at night!!! The nightly shows especially the Mexican show took my breath away. I liked the mariachi show; it was always a childhood dream to watch them. Dora was so hospitable and welcoming!! I will definitely be back. Food and drinks; The food was amazingly delicious. The restaurants that stood out for me were; La hacienda, Le marche, The steak house. Wakability; Everything is pretty much within reach. Safety; The resort is very safe.

A tad disappointed

Visited end Jan/start of Feb For my partners 60th Birthday Hotel and Silver room clean as were the grounds. Food was generally good. However I think this is a hotel resting on its laurels a bit. Let me explain. Informed the hotel well before our arrival of my partners 60th birthday and the main reason for our visit. Not really acknowledged other than a small cake and I mean small left in the room days before her birthday. My partner has gluten intolerance she was unable to eat it anyway. They then proceeded to give her exactly the same cake again on her birthday not gluten free we just gave up at this point. Our first meal after we arrived on site after travelling for over 13 hours was dinner at the Mexican restaurant. The sea bass l ordered was raw on the inside. To be fair they offered to replace it but by this time we were so tired we simply went to bed. We constantly had to phone room service for replacement coffee milk and sugar. Which became a pain after a few days. The gluten free options and control was confusing. When we visited a restaurant my partner was given a white ticket highlighted in yellow and left on the table?? When ordering from the menu staff seemed unsure what was gluten free or not. At one restaurant my partner was shouted at from the other side of the restaurant not to eat her food as they suddenly realised it had gluten really!! We complained three days before we left that the phone in the room wasn't working when we went to see the concierge down stairs he insisted it was repaired it wasn't and was still faulty when we left. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the small things and attention to detail left us a tad underwhelmed. Would we return perhaps but not to celebrate a occasion.
