Hotel amazing. If you are looking for a holiday with excellent food and drink this is the place. Drinks all top shelf. From start to finish it was the most incredible experience. The whole time staff cannot do enough for you. So stunningly beautiful. The hotel is good sized and incorporates so much wildlife in its natural surroundings. You are in the most beautiful, tropical jungle and amazing views everywhere. Service was second to none from all staff. So much thought has gone into the creating of this resort and the aesthetics are fantastic. Everywhere you look there are animals and incredibly beautiful scenery. The rooms are well appointed and kept spotless. Very comfortable bed. Food was amazing and so much on offer. Each restaurant is stunning. Main pool very busy and loud with lots of activities going on. There is a quieter pool at the side but noise from the main pool can still be heard. There is also the Golden pool which was quiet and very relaxing with back ground music. We loved the beach. Buffet restaurant, excellent choice, never found it busy and food fantastic with so much choice and excellent quality. Asian restaurant. Maybe it was what we ordered but wasn’t impressed. Maybe we should have tried it again. Room service we found very good. Mexican restaurant very good. Our favourite was the French restaurant. Japanese, we just had sushi and was excellent. Don Miguel cocktail lounge, WOW, a different level, watching them being made, a real show. Sports bar, great bar. Plaza Espanol outside bar, very good with live music. Martini bar, nice bar with fountains outside the main entrance. Most people make such an effort with dressing up of an evening which is something you don’t usually get holiday We loved this hotel so much we have booked to go back in October something we never do

When booking this resort I had heard that a lot of customers tend to be repeat customers and now I understand why...rooms, service, food, drink all top notch. I heard some aspects of the resort are tired as it was built in 2005, I did not see any signs of this. Our room was a Junior Silver Suite in bldg 2 which sits parallel to the big pool and a great location. All buildings and pool areas are surrounded by such lush vegetations that you don't really see other buildings while at one. Reservation for the hibachi was easy to book. Top shelf liquor is readily available at all bars. I especially appreciated that all bars had great drink menus but that you could still order your own faves. The Sisel Coffee bar had great selections. Shout out to hostess Annette who always greeted us with a bright smile and wonderful service and to Juana the waitress at the Japanese restaurant who goes over and beyond to describe each course and what is on offer with ease and patience. We will be back Valentin...you out did yourself.

The Valentin Imperial is top notch in every aspect-from rooms, restaurants, bars and staff. Isreal jiminez with the Go team, Isaac Ortrga with the breakfast buffet, Johnny and Michael at the swim up bars at the main pool, Serry with the Go team, Angel and Enrique at the Mexican restaurant, Emmanuel and Jesus at the steak house and Edgar. Each of these people went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and the best it could be!

We just returned from our third visit at our tropical home away from home. We stayed for 10 nights from May 5th to May 15th (room 3209). The third time around did not disappoint in any way. The fact that we returned for a third stay in two years says a lot. The Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya resort is truly sublime. Everywhere you walk along the winding pathways you witness the carefully manicured lush grounds. From the main gigantic pool, you are surrounded by lush vegetation which blocks the view of the three storey buildings. The entertainment around the main pool will please everyone. The entertainment Go Team is very energetic, professional, friendly and very funny. The high quality food served at all 7 beautiful restaurants and food trucks is very delicious and well presented. Each restaurant has extensive menus which provides many options. The quality of the drinks served at all bars was great. We attended the charming Cafe Sisal several times a day for our caffeine fixes. The cleanliness of the entire resort is impeccable. The beach was very well maintained and has many Bali beds, lounge chairs with palapas, enough for everyone. The professional musicians, singers, dancers and shows were all amazing. The service provided by all dedicated employees was professional, polite, friendly and very efficient. The following employees should be commended for their exceptional customer service; Le Marché; Alejandro is a professional and passionate employee who possesses great interpersonal skills. Alejandro was our sunshine in the morning. Maria was a great host who was always smiling and happy to greet her visitors. Noemi and Jocelyn. Café Sisal; Alejandro, David, Wilbert and Imelda for their friendly service Our room maid and turn down maid Go Team; Sairy and Israel for their delightful personalities Le Vount Jewelry store; Manuel Main pool server; the hard working friendly Angeles Recommendation; it’s time to change or reupholster the love seats in the rooms. The same can be apply to the seats near the Palenque Theatre. We are planning to book our next stay for April 2027. Keep up the exceptional work staff. L & M London, Ontario, Canada
