Excellent Hotel!
This resort is very safe and comfortable. The only adjustment I would request is to be able to adjust the temperature. They offer a great selection of restaurants. Mar & Tierra is a fun place to have dinner outdoors. The hospitality is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic resort!
We had a great stay in building 4. Carlos was Our concierge and he was amazing. He took us on a tour of the new buildings and was so helpful and pleasant every day. It is always a treat to see Dora. She makes our stay so personal. We noticed many changes and liked them. New menu items at restaurants. Entertainment seemed to be more upscale. Will definitely be back for my 14th visit next year.

Feel very safe at this resort. From the minute you arrive the hospitality is top notch!! Food is wonderful, there is just enough walking to keep you limber, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Rooms more beach towels please. Food very good and exotic and they need to get higer quality beef. Its better than when we came 15 years ago. Hospitaliry and the staff was great. Love the beach we wish to rent the boogie and floatis. Can't wait to next year!!!

Friend's trip 2026
Excellent resort, rooms they are great, food is tasty, staff very attentive and friendly. The new buildings, the dunes they are very pretty and they had everything that you will need like the best beach view. We like Mar y Terra and French. We love the coffe and churros cart. This is our 11 visits coming with friends and we still love it. See you will be back soon !!!
