lebua at State Tower

My wife and I stayed in a tower suite with river view for 3 nights prior to returning home. The hotel is iconic and offers excellent service for it's guests. The food and beverage offerings are first class and the Tower Club upgrade is well worth the money as it offers food and beverage throughout the day. The breakfast is by far the most impressive we've experienced and we even complimented the staff during our breakfast as the food and service is exceptional. The pool and sun terrace are great and ideal to cool down on the hot temperatures in Bangkok. We did, however, feel the suite was a little dated and in need of some renovation.

This is the first time i am writing a review and the reason am writing this because i have never experienced this kind of rude behaviour from a hotel staff meber...i was staying their for 2 nights so i have to check their popular sky bar...but the whole experience was ruined by a manneless, rude employee who doesnt know the H of hospitality....thank you lebua for ruining my whole thailand trip.
