Beyond expectations!
We have been travelling across Asia for the past month, staying at various five-star hotels, and this is the first hotel that truly deserves a five-star rating for customer service. From the moment you pull up at the entrance and see the gorgeous lobby—where every natural flower arrangement looks like a small work of art—the experience is amazing. You are directed to a comfortable sitting area and given a refreshing wet towel and cold tea, while they manage the luggage and complete the check-in without you ever having to stand and wait in front of a counter. Ham, our guest service coordinator, ensured we were checked in smoothly, gave a quick and thorough briefing on the amenities, offered great suggestions, and ensured we settled in comfortably. Great hotel and excellent customer service!

Lebua Tower Suite Stay Experience
