Splendid service!
This hotel is well worth a visit. We had a suite on tye 52nd floir with amazing views of the river and city. The suite was spacious, comfortable and contains a well stocked minibar (included). Club membership gives you access to the lounge, where drinks (including alcoholic) and snacks are served from 6am to 6pm. The staff are amazing, professional and the small box of chocolates left on the pillow at night was a nice touch. Location wise, the skytrain is only a 10min walk or the river ferry (for trips or to the large Icon Siam shopping centre).

Sithon “Sisi” helped check us in and was very thorough and helpful. He was super friendly and answered all our questions. The check in was very smooth. The hospitality from the hotel employees is top notch.
