The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences

I honestly don’t know where to start! From the lovely scent of the hotel, the warm and accommodating staff, to the little details like the shampoo, lotion, room ambience, and even the cotton bathrobe (which I loved so much I bought one home!), everything was superb! The location is strategic and lively, and most importantly, I felt safe throughout my stay. Breakfast was top-notch too — please try the avocado toast! Special shout-out to Ms. Deepali for being incredibly thoughtful, accommodating, and resourceful. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. If the management is reading this, please give her a raise! She deserves it! Highly recommended hotel! Everyone should experience it at least once!

This was our first visit to The Leela Ambience Gurugram, and we came here with our four-year-old daughter. When I mentioned to Deepali that my daughter could not have sweets, they thoughtfully arranged a fresh fruit platter and cookies for her. What touched us the most was their anticipation of our needs. I was just about to request some fruits for my daughter, but the team had already taken the initiative to arrange them. Such a small yet meaningful gesture made us feel truly cared for. The hospitality at The Leela is exceptional. They genuinely understand what anticipating guests’ needs means. It is not just about providing a service; it is about noticing the little things and making guests feel special without even having to ask.
