Spectra - Unpleasant Dinner Experience
Deepak from food n beverage team and restaurant manager at Spectra didn't assist well and spoiled my dinner experience completely . Deepak should have ideally refunded the entire amount of Rs 3238 /- for spoiling the complete dinner experience . I hope GM Mr Nair takes corrective measures immediately

Amazing staff and hotel
I had a really great stay. I was on a business trip for 7 days and the hotel staff made the stay worthwhile. The pick up done by Ashouk who patiently waited at 2 am for me, the 2 security guards in the elevator who always helps, Abishek and Pritesh, and Santan from Concierge are all amazing. Varnash in the dining area is also very attentive. I had an issue with the lights in my room and they were able to quickly fix it

Amazing Conference
We had a lovely Conference and the only reason to make it possible was the team. Especially Deepak Singh and Aman Chaudhary from Pearl Ballroom were great. Thanks a lot team.

The Birthday Week Regal Stay
Had a great time staying in the esteemed The Leela Ambience Gurugram. Was ushered in with a warm personalised welcome note by Ms Sophiaa Roy. As usual the spread in the Spectra was insanely good with special mention to the Master Chefs of Japanese & Pan Asian/Thai cuisines. Was fortunate enough to meet Mr Harshit after a year who was as welcoming as ever in Spectra and the See You Again gesture was so special. And our baby had a blast at the Pool and the Kids Room. Had a satisfying and fulfilling stay this birthday. Thank you Leela Group and My Queen for making this year exciting and special yet again. 😇🥰
