I recently visited The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences for a business event and had an excellent experience. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, elegance, and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, while the overall ambiance of the property was impressive. A special mention to the banquet services team, who did a fantastic job managing the event. The banquet halls were beautifully set up, the service was seamless, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were comfortable. The food quality and variety were exceptional, and the overall event experience exceeded expectations. Whether for business meetings, conferences, social gatherings, or a leisure stay, The Leela Ambience Gurugram is an excellent choice. Spectra - Unpleasant Dinner Experience
Deepak from food n beverage team and restaurant manager at Spectra didn't assist well and spoiled my dinner experience completely . Deepak should have ideally refunded the entire amount of Rs 3238 /- for spoiling the complete dinner experience . I hope GM Mr Nair takes corrective measures immediately

Amazing staff and hotel
I had a really great stay. I was on a business trip for 7 days and the hotel staff made the stay worthwhile. The pick up done by Ashouk who patiently waited at 2 am for me, the 2 security guards in the elevator who always helps, Abishek and Pritesh, and Santan from Concierge are all amazing. Varnash in the dining area is also very attentive. I had an issue with the lights in my room and they were able to quickly fix it

Amazing Conference
We had a lovely Conference and the only reason to make it possible was the team. Especially Deepak Singh and Aman Chaudhary from Pearl Ballroom were great. Thanks a lot team.
