Incredible stay!
That a gem! This hotel was a beautiful surprise to our 2 weeks trip in India. The hotel is beautiful and the staff incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful. The rooms have good facilities but the bathrooms could be better looked after (the shelf in the shower was so wonky that the shower gel and shampoo could not be placed) but otherwise it was a great stay. The toiletries, slippers and pillows were incredible. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We all slept really well. The dinner (buffet style) and breakfast was exceptional. I wished we stayed for longer and use their swimming pool but unfortunately we had to move to the next location.

Excellent Hospitality & A Memorable Stay
Had a wonderful experience at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences. The property is beautiful, elegant and very well maintained, with a luxurious ambience that truly lives up to The Leela name. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxing. They have upgraded me and gave forest facing room, which is beautiful. What really stood out for me was the exceptional hospitality and personal attention from the staff. A special mention of Karisma at the lobby, who was extremely warm, courteous and attentive. Her genuine smile, professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression and added a very personal touch to the stay. It is people like Karisma who truly make a luxury hotel experience memorable. The location is also excellent, with Ambience Mall right next door, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience with a beautiful property and, most importantly, genuinely warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again.
