Great Hospitality by FOM and Concierge Head
Stay was comfortable special thanx to Nri Front office manager for smooth check-in at inspite of having queue at Reception. Pool was nice but coudnt enjoy it bcoz of cold . A flawless dinner at Diya. I had the superb tasting menu by the talented Chef Athar Ali – every dish was authentic, generous, and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional. A special thanks to our server, Robin, who was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience truly personal. The live music by three young artists was the perfect touch, lifting my spirits. A perfect blend of incredible food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend

Next level service! If you need anything, they will do their best to accommodate. There were several examples on our stay but here’s one. We lost our luggage. Not only did they help work with the airport to get it to us, they actually went to the airport and walked the agent to us with our bag so the luggage could be retrieved. And the concierge working on it was texting and working with his team on a day he was not scheduled to work.

Shikha took great care of us, the cake she brought to our room for my daughter’s birthday was amazing. The stay was great, so as “spectra”. Pradeep at the gym was very helpful just like 4 months ago when I first met him.

Great experience at Leela Banquet Hall for a corporate annual party
We hosted a corporate event at the Royal Room in Leela Banquet Hall, and the experience was very good. The ambience was nice, the space was large, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout. Gurbir helped finalize the deal smoothly. Prem Khadka, our event manager, understood my vision well and managed all details including coordination with external vendors with great care. Himanshu ensured all operations ran on time and handled on-ground arrangements efficiently. Rohit managed the music setup well, and the DJ and artists did a good job. Thanks to Leela for helping with the coordination. The food was good, and service was prompt. Special mentions to Parveen, Mahender, Akash, and Chef Pradeep for their support. The valets, servers, and other staff maintained professionalism, and the rooms, halls, and washrooms were clean and well-kept. Overall, a smooth and well-managed experience. Would recommend for corporate events.
