Welcome to the ultimate handmade Caribbean experience. Perched on 11 acres of immaculate beachfront, the world-renowned Grace Bay Club was the first luxury all-suite hotel in Turks and Caicos, offering guests haven for uninterrupted relaxation. The resort, divided into three separate sections for discerning travelers of all tastes include the adults-only Hotel area with private restaurant, bar and swimming pool, the family-friendly Villas with their own restaurant bar and pool, in addition to the uber-luxe Estate, opening in late 2008, with a complete set of exclusive amenities. Taking its cues from the natural landscape, Grace Bay Club is a sun-kissed, earth-toned haven of serenity.

Grace Bay Club was amazing in every sense of the word. Our favorite spot was Off Shore! Garth was the best- and we loved the country music!

I chose Grace Bay Club over a top-rated condo on Grace Bay Beach because I wanted walkable dining and a seamless, full-service experience. After many favorable TripAdvisor and Virtuoso reviews, I booked through my travel agency, Live Light & Travel®, expecting service aligned with the resort’s reputation and pricing. While the property is beautiful and the beach is wide and clean, the stay revealed repeated operational disconnects worth noting. Consistency Across Guest Experiences During my stay, I spoke with several other guests, including repeat visitors, who shared similar concerns regarding housekeeping, dining service, and overall attentiveness. These conversations reinforced that many of the issues I experienced were not isolated. Common themes included inconsistent housekeeping care, slow or inaccurate dining service, and frustration with room allocations, particularly requests for higher floors resulting in first-floor placements. On my final morning, I ordered avocado toast on gluten-free bread with no eggs. After waiting nearly an hour, it arrived with eggs and only after I had already finished my breakfast. I sent it back and did not reorder. A 10% service charge was added to every bill, without explanation as to whether it supports hotel operations or is distributed to staff, which left several guests uncertain about its purpose. Taken together, these shared experiences point to broader gaps in consistency, care, and communication. Arrival and Transportation I booked the hotel’s Private SUV and was charged $130 one-way. A welcome email listed only two options: - Shared Taxi: $16.50 per person, each way (with possible stops) - Private SUV: $130 each way I was never quoted an alternate private van taxi, which I later learned typically costs $70. On my departure, I was charged $60, though it was unclear whether this was a courtesy adjustment or the standard rate. When my friend departed earlier, transportation was arranged without clarifying whether it would be shared or private, or the cost. Her shuttle arrived late, and only as she entered the van were we informed it would make additional resort stops. Despite this, $33 was charged to my bill, double the stated shared rate, even though she was traveling alone. Dining Experience No dietary inquiry was made prior to arrival. While menus listed vegetarian and vegan options, breakfast choices were limited and fruit and food quality were inconsistent. We walked into town on our second morning for a better breakfast. Lunch at Krave started well, though tofu portions varied dramatically from day to day. The gluten-free pizza from The Grill is not recommended, and a gluten-free breakfast muffin appeared undercooked. My friend found the roasted cauliflower sandwich overly greasy. A custom gluten-free pasta prepared later in the stay was very oily. Dinner at INFINITI stood out positively. The Organic Kale Salad and Charred Tofu were well prepared. Rooms, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Our initial 2BR Villas Suite (C-401) had a lovely view but sat along the service path to breakfast, with wheeled carts audible around 6 a.m. The welcome letter misnamed my agency, setting a shaky first impression. A champagne amenity was provided despite no inquiry about alcohol preferences. After requesting alternatives, apple cider, and a fresh fruit platter were delivered and appreciated. Reusable water bottles mentioned at check-in were missing in the room, and we collected them the next day at the Front Desk. Screen door issues occurred in both accommodations. The first suite, which I shared with a friend, had a damaged screen that was repaired promptly. The Junior Suite I occupied afterward also had a damaged screen and showed additional wear, including damaged furniture. Conversations from the adjacent room via the connecting door were clearly audible, and furnishings were minimal for the category. The value did not align with expectations. As a small but telling detail, the higher-category 2BR suite was stocked only with flip-flop slippers, while the lower-category Junior Suite received closed-toe slippers at turndown. Inconsistencies like this further blurred the value alignment between room category and in-room amenities. Housekeeping timing was inconsistent. On departure day, a requested light refresh for a 3 p.m. late checkout was acknowledged and never completed. Concierge communication was uneven, with some requests acknowledged yet not consistently followed through. Billing Transparency My friend’s stay was rolled into my subsequent reservation without prior communication. Key cards failed multiple times on checkout morning despite prior confirmation of extended access. Additionally, two separate $10 foundation donations were added to my bill without consent, one per reservation. After I submitted detailed feedback to Franklyn, Director of Guest Services, both charges were removed. Beach Service Beach service was inconsistent. Some team members, including Fritz, Moses, and Richie near the Estates area, were professional. Others were less visible, spoke casually and inappropriately, and setup quality varied. Final Thoughts Grace Bay Club’s setting is undeniably beautiful. Yet recurring inconsistencies in service and communication affected the overall value of the stay. Helpful Travel Tips SkyPass (Fast Track) was unnecessary for a Saturday arrival around 2:30 p.m., as immigration was already efficient. Airport staff noted it is most useful for arrivals between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., especially Thursday through Saturday. It offered little benefit for a Wednesday 3 p.m. departure or a Saturday departure around 5 p.m. There are no airline lounges for general public use on departure. A small VIP lounge is available for approximately $250; otherwise, seating consists of a large open area with additional seating upstairs.

Our recent trip to Turks proved to be absolutely amazing. Grace Bay Club is a dream come true. Beautiful property & beach, great amenities, and the nicest people on the planet. Our personal concierge, Antionio was exceptional, paying great attention to detail. He took care of everything we could possibly need & always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend visiting GBC! Go check it out & see for yourself.

The Grace Bay Club is amazing -- We have stayed at "The Hotel" on the property twice (2025 and 2026), and had a fabulous time on both occasions! Outstanding facilities, exceptional customer service, superb food at Infiniti and at Off Shore (Beach Bar). Beautiful room overlooking the pool and beach.

This is my 3rd time back and the people who work here are the main reason for coming back. I stay at Ritz and St regis , and Andez when i go to diffrent places, but the staff here is the main reason I come back, they treat you not like a guest, but like famliy. it is great to see people like Franklin move up and much deserved with how hard he works. I wish I knew I could have request Tiffany Douglas, she is amazing and so happy she is still here and I got to see her. Fredna was great. Fitz was working most the time i was there and on top of everything, you will not get servie likes your concierge give at any other hotel on the island or any place! You have the best lunch spot on the island with the taco spot, the food is great, but Garth and Andre make it an experience, they are 2 great guys that will make you have a good with their great energy. The beach staff at the Estate side are incredible, Jean was on top of everythig before I could even ask, he would see me and ask if he can get me set up, Richie, Jim and the whole staff are top tier! I did not get the girl and guys name at the front desk name, but both were great. The whole staff at the grill is great, the host would call me by my name just walking up and wait staff made sure you never needed anything and food and set up was great.

My wife and I just returned from the Grace Bay Club in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It was a most wonderful experience!
