Best view of Paradise!!
It was great to be back at Essque Zalu after 4 years. The Pool & Jetty is still iconic! Also forgot how spacious the rooms are. Staff friendly and helpull as always. Will be back soon :-)

Perfect
I like it very much I think it's one of the best hotels in Zanzibar. The staff is also very kind and pleasant. One disadvantage is that the food wasn't that good for a five-star hotel, but I'm satisfied with the view and service.

A Wonderful Stay Thanks to an Amazing Team
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What truly makes this place special is the people who work here. The entire team is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A special thank you goes to Amina at the reception. She is an outstanding administrator ,professional, kind, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Her attitude and positive energy made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, but it’s the staff who make the real difference. You can feel that they truly care about their guests. Because of this experience, we would gladly return again. Highly recommended for anyone who values great hospitality.

Amazing stay
My husband got me a getaway for my birthday at Essque Zalu , the staff was welcoming and warm from check inn to check out, my room had an amazing view it's very safe to say that I had the best birthday weekend...special thankyou to Maureen for ensuring my stay was unforgettable I will definitely be coming back
