Steps Touristic booth!
The hotel itself was good and we enjoyed our stay. The staff and facilities were nice overall, and I especially want to mention Amina, who was wonderful — very kind, helpful, and made our experience much better. However, I want to warn other guests about the tourist activity booth called “Steps.” We had a very disappointing experience there. There were two men working at the booth — one gave us an average but still expensive price, while the other tried charging us almost triple for the exact same activities. The pricing felt very inconsistent and misleading, which made us feel like tourists were being taken advantage of. I would recommend enjoying the hotel, but be careful and compare prices before booking activities through that booth!!!
