The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur

An almost unbelievably attractive property, with lush gardens populated by peacocks, fine furnishings in the bedrooms and public areas, extremely attentive service, and delicious meals served in an imposing dining room or outside on a terrace illuminated at night by flaming torches. Very atmospheric, very luxurious.

It is always an absolute pleasure staying at The Oberoi Rajvilas. Every visit reaffirms why this remains my preferred choice in Jaipur; the team truly makes you feel like you are returning to a royal home rather than just a hotel. The hospitality here is in a league of its own warm, intuitive, and meticulous in every detail. Combined with top-notch food that never fails to impress, the entire experience is consistently flawless. A special mention must go to the new bar, which is an awesome addition to the property. It has a fantastic ambiance and serves as the perfect spot to unwind. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. I already look forward to my next visit!

Stayed in a luxury room with a view of peacocks all day long. Short walk to the pool, dining facilities, and lobby. Beautifully maintained and the staff is the best in the world.

Your property was our first Oberoi experience, and it really set the tone of excellence that the Oberoi brand embodies. I am amazed that although your property was so vast, each of you delivered personalized hospitality more typical of small hotels. I would characterize you as “an army of the best in hospitality ensuring no detail is overlooked and no opportunity to make guests happier is foregone.” Even though your team must see hundreds of guests weekly, each one is made to feel like they are the only. Your sincerity and warmth, as well as your genuine care for your guests, is what I now associate with Oberoi. And I cannot wait to visit more properties to feel that magic again. But I will always hold a special place in my heart for my first Oberoi, the Rajvilas. Although everyone contributed to our memorable experience and I failed to note everyone’s names, I am sincerely grateful to Luv, Deepjoy, and especially Virender (who had personally gifted me a beautiful scarf and mirror/comb that I continue to use and cherish) for their exceptional hospitality.
