My overall stay was wonderful. I will surely come back to stay and recommend to colleagues and family.

This is one of those hotels I am always happy to come back to. My previous stay was in October/November last year, and I was impressed by the renovations. The upgraded rooms, pool area and fitness centre have all made the hotel even better, while the service remains one of its greatest strengths. What I enjoy most is the atmosphere. Despite being in the heart of Bangkok, the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis. With the BTS, shopping and restaurants just outside the entrance, the location is hard to beat. Food is another reason I keep returning. There are several very good restaurants, a wonderful Afternoon Tea, and one of Bangkok's best Sunday brunches, which I always try to book whenever I am in town on a Sunday. The renovated rooms are elegant and comfortable, with some of the best beds I have slept in at any hotel. The fitness centre is excellent, with modern equipment, great treadmills, and both a sauna and steam room. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. Everyone I met was warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. One small example: I accidentally booked my Grab to the wrong pickup point, and the team at the entrance immediately helped me find my driver. Small gestures like that make a real difference. Thank you for another wonderful stay. I look forward to returning again soon.

I've had a truly remarkable time with Anantara Siam, rarely have I been to a hotel whereby I'm so impressed that I wish to recall every staff by name. From the amazing Kasara Lounge team of Lyn, Kate, Bam, Mind et al. To even the door greeters , Farye and Pom, every interaction was warm and memorable. Other luxury properties in the area have presented themselves in the past with chaos, aloofness and a tone deaf appreciation of Thai culture. I'm glad to say Anantara is the direct opposite of that, restoring my faith in calm, warm yet attentive service, that deeply values it's Thai heritage. Despite the ongoing renovations, service is still topnotch and I hope to return to see the hotel in it's full glory in the future.
