The renovation of the room is so elegant and comfortable. The service is excellent; especially Mr.Arbell. He has the look, the smiles and the kind(ness).

My sincere compliments to the Anantara Siam staff .. My first mention is Mr. Gopal Kadkade. I am in this hotel ONLY bcos of the relentless effort made by him to ensure that against all odds , I choose to be along term guest in his hotel in Bangkok and this actually transpired ! Thank you Gopal , I had no idea that this hotel would as welcoming as it is, n I must say it’s akin to a second home - thanks for extending to me all the comforts i could ask for as your guest Also a special mention is a must to all the staff at the Kasara lounge. Day one saw me being welcomed by LYN . Proffessional, courteous knowledgable and so helpful..she made me feel so comfortable n relaxed right from my first day and nothing has changed since either . My visit to the Kasara lounge thereafter ( and everyday since ) I was / have been welcomed and given such special treatment n attention that this complimentary text would be incomplete if I did not mention especially the names of MO n BAM n MIND.. Always smiling always at the beck ( n call not just of me but all guests ) in the lounge.. so so accommodating n ever helpful - congratulations ! You ALL deserve my heartfelt thanks 🙏 And this post would be incomplete if I did not mention POOM from the linen room - POOM bent over backwards to ensure that an urgent alternation that I need to a garment was done and to my complete and full satisfaction in less than a few hour . Excellent hospitality! I visited with my family (2 elders) and had such a lovely time enjoying afternoon tea, breakfast, and the spa. Very energetic and polite staff. Thanks for creating such a good memories for us.
