Exceeded Expectation

Upon arrival, the Lobby Greeter, Miss Ingfah, welcomed me with a big smile and gracious hospitality. She served me a welcome drink and personally assisted me to the Kasara Executive Lounge for check-in. At the Kasara Lounge, Miss Lyn also provided excellent service. She was kind, friendly and helpful throughout the entire check-in process, patiently explaining all the benefits to me — always with a smile. The team at the Executive Lounge are very well trained. They are friendly, attentive and helpful without ever being intrusive. The evening Journey food was also very good — it was practically a complete meal by itself and made me skip dinner completely! I love my room, 762. It is large, comfortable and very well equipped with all the modern conveniences. Both the room and bathroom were very clean, and I especially enjoyed the little touches from housekeeping and turndown service. There was always a small gift or chocolate waiting for me, which made coming back to the room each day a little more special. There was also a little incident that I’m still so embarrassed about! I wanted to take a shower and saw the round symbols on the controls — turn to the left for the hand shower and right for the rain shower, or so I thought. Despite turning them left and right many times, no water came out! Eventually, I gave up and went to the Executive Lounge for assistance. They were very kind and immediately asked Engineering to come to my room to check. When I got back to the room, I went into the shower stall and decided to try one more time. Oh my goodness... those round symbols were actually BUTTONS! I was supposed to press them to activate the shower! I was dying of embarrassment, and at that precise moment... the doorbell rang. Engineering had arrived. 😂 Upon departure, Miss Ingfah once again showed her thoughtfulness by arranging an umbrella service for me to the nearby BTS station, as it was raining heavily. If I were to come back to Bangkok, I would not hesitate to stay here again — and again. Thank you, Team Anantara, for the exceptional hospitality and a wonderful stay.

Wonderful staff and a cozy stay

We had a lovely time overall, and the warmth of the team really made our stay. The lobby did have a bit of an odd smell when we arrived which they were under renovation, and I’ll admit I was a little surprised that even in a suite, the minibar and bath bomb were for sale rather than included — it felt a touch stingy compared to similar hotels. But honestly, the people more than made up for it. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. There are a few small things worth mentioning for future guests: there are no lockers at the pool, the curtains don’t quite block out all the light, and the fitness room — which is genuinely lovely — is a little tricky to find. Parking is on the dark side, and there’s a narrow staircase with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags to drop it off at the lobby first. That said, breakfast was served beautifully, and the lounge is such a treat — warm, homey, and the perfect spot to unwind. All in all, a comfortable stay with truly kind people at its heart. A few little upgrades and this place would really shine.

AMAZING!

This was our final night in Thailand and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we arrived the team made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel is excellent but what really surprised me was how peaceful the pool area was. You could easily forget you were staying in the middle of the Bangkok. 100% recommend and I cannot wait to come back
