I am a business owner but I was here for a graduation and not in business attire by any means. (Mostly in sweats and casual.) What stuck out to me is how the staff treated everyone from business suits to sweatpants with the utmost respect. I know it should be that way but you don't always find that at an upscale property. The Four Seasons Chicago felt like home. The staff remembered you and what you liked and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. . A few highlights: The manager Mason was kind, introducing himself to guests, even brought my daughter out a cupcake for her graduation. This man is a leader as I observed him interacting positively with employees and guests. Danny outside was phenomenal. Positive, attentive and went out of his way to help. Michael in room service, I cant say enough about this employee. He is an assett. The food was so outstanding we had all of our meals there for the most part. Carol at the concierge was so kind and helpful. The spa: Hands down the best massage I've ever had. My daughter agreed. Risa I believe and Anna were amazing. Brandon in housekeeping is a gem! My daughter said it best. Every member of their team was someone any company would want to represent them. I know I'm leaving some others out as well! Thank you to all, as we have found our new home when in Chicago at the Four Seasons. Rm 3703

It had been quite a few years since our last trip to Chicago and its Four Seasons hotel. It was great then and still is! We took advantage of three nights for two and booked an executive suite. The suite had a fabulous view of the city from the 45th floor. We enjoy having a couch, table and chairs so we can relax after a busy day. The executive suite fit that bill. The bathroom was well appointed with everything a traveler needs although as noted by other travelers, it only has a dingle sink. But the area around that is ample for two people. But the real reason to stay here is the service. It is as good as it gets in the hospitality industry. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Simply wonderful. The room service and food are a bit pricey but are top notch. The bakery items are superb. All in all, a five star experience and the location near Michigan Ave does not hurt either!

From start to finish I was impressed by the level of hospitality provided by everyone on the team. I expect this at a certain price point in hotels, but often find it missing with more attention put into design and furnishings than the training of staff. Not so at this property. While the furnishings are nice, there's nothing over-the-top about the property. It doesn't feel built for Instagram thankfully, it feels built for a calm luxurious retreat within the city. The thing that makes it exceptional is the staff. Every time I requested something, they were eager to ensure I not only received what I requested, but anticipated my needs with additional options. I ordered champagne glasses to be delivered to the room as we had brought a special bottle with us to celebrate the birthday. The attendant immediately offered a bucket of ice to be delivered as well. We could have just filled the ice bucket in the room from down the hall, but they thought about what was needed. When housekeeping came, they left a bookmark with our bedside books, they left glass cleaning clothes with our glasses cases - such little touches, but acts that show someone is noticing and paying attention to our human needs. I will be be back and they may have converted me to a Four Seasons guest from other brands based on these small but mighty acts of hospitality.

I stayed for 2 nights here in a Lake View King room. The room was decent sized for its category, the view was very nice. Everything worked perfectly well. The room was comfortable, the housekeeping was efficient. I found this property absolutely fine. It is pretty spacious and has everything a traveler might want. The staff was uniformly helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to the Michigan Avenue milieu. Actually we usually stay at the Ritz Carlton up the street, but I preferred this hotel.
