Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons Chicago. Upon our arrival, we relaxed in our beautiful room, which offered a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. Additionally, the gym and pool facilities were excellent.

Easy reservations, wonderful welcome, great Accomodations, beautiful view, lovely staff who accommodated every request graciously! The wedding we attended at the hotel was magnificent!

We normally stay at the Langham(our son will actually be married there, next year), but the Langham was sold out because it was St Patrick's day and is directly on the river. We have stayed at the Peninsula and the Ritz as well. The Four Seasons is on a quieter side street directly off of Michigan. The hotel lobby and common areas are gorgeous. The rooms, unfortunately, are dated esp the bathrooms. Single sinks!!! An enclosed tub/shower that leaked water all the way to the hallway. The food was delicious in Adorn. Great gym. I would normally give this a 4 stars and be done with it, but the reason for the 5 stars is the absolutely exceptional staff. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, they are incredible. Whoever is managing this team of people needs kudos of the highest order. We will continue to stay at the Langham but will come back here in heartbeat if needed.

Great experience with the wife and kids, would for sure stay here again. The personal details were very welcomed once we got to the room.

Great Four Seasons property. We loved the gym, spa and lobby for tea and coffee. Check in was easy, the room was perfect with a comfy bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Karen at the concierge desk helped us with a tea for a great spot for lunch and dinner. In a walkable area close to the water. Overall a wonderful hotel.
