Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

I stayed at this gem of a property for 4 days earlier in the month. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed on any level as this team of professionals are really on top of their game! Upon Check in I was greeted by Mason who is always so upbeat and welcoming. He really makes sure I am happy throughout my stay. Kristen greeted me with a big smile and brought me to the upgraded room personally and could not have been more accommodating. Really a nice touch upon arrival. The concierge team is always so gracious and really are so professional. Always looking to help! Housekeeping keeps the room so organized each and every day. Thank you so much. Lisa in the Spa has the best energy and always so welcoming when I go to the gym. Wilbur is the coolest and it was so nice to sit down and catch up with you during my stay. Giacomo took me up to the renovated bar on the 46th floor and it was so kind of him to take the time to personally show me all the renovations. It is a beautiful addition to an already spectacular space. I promise I will make the time to get up there when I return next week. I am looking forward to seeing everyone next week and this trip, I am in for 9 days so I will have plenty of time to see many of you I didn't get to spend time with earlier in the month! The bottom line is that this is the only choice for me when I am in Chicago and it should be yours! They do not miss a beat!!

Four Seasons Chicago was a delight to spend our last bit of summer. Old charm in the city., with shaded streets, cutest brownstone walk ups, right next to shopping, sights and local culture. The Concierge‘s team was exceptional. Before our arrival, many requests for dinner reservations, activities, and specific hotel accommodations handled with such a friendly disposition as Midwest Nice. Would definitely visit again.

For a short getaway to Chicago, the Four Seasons Hotel was a perfect choice. We wanted a good location for easy walking to museums and dining and a place that offered quiet, comfortable, clean, modern rooms. I also wanted a room with a view—in this case of Lake Michigan. And good light for reading in bed, plug outlets for charging computers, etc. And a place that makes you feel like you're in a blissful retreat. I looked at other luxury hotels (I appreciate much less expensive ones but not for this trip) and considered a few but in the end, this was a great choice! Excellent, friendly helpful staff from the start of making the reservation, to leaving the car for the valet, to the front desk. Next time we want a mini-vacation in Chicago, we'll return to the Four Seasons.

Stay at Four Seasons was amazing! The staff was so attentive, the was room so comfortable and we had an amazing view of the lake. It was our anniversary and manager sent up a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Made our visit very special. The cocktail lounge has great drinks and the menu always changes, highly recommend checking it out. The spa is great Gym is begin remodeled
