A Family Winter Het-Away
We had an absolutely amazing experience with our family of 5 adults and 4 children (ages 6-8). The accommodations were excellent and the children had the experiences of a pool, a glowing tent and a snowball light display. The concierge Kristen Klus was extraordinary! I would highly recommend!

Amazing winter get away!
Absolutely amazing experience! The room was clean and beautiful with an unbeatable view of the lake. Staying right on the mag mile offered us tons of shopping and entertainment options. The concierge team was unbeatable and Kristen was especially exceptional! She helped us plan an awesome weekend and her knowledge of the city is unmatched! She helped us keep the kids entertained and directed us to a great nearby lunch spot that we are all still talking about! Our kids had a blast at the beautiful pool and the spa is wonderfully relaxing for adults. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great place in the heart of the city!

Incredible!
This property is the best of the best. The staff is incredibly attentive, the hotel itself is beautiful and every time we stay there we are always amazed at how wonderful it is. Located on the Mag Mile just steps from the lake, the location does not disappoint. But the staff is the real treasure here. I highly recommend anyone traveling to Chicago to visit this property! Incredible

So happy with our stay at The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago!
This was my 2nd stay at The Four Season Hotel, Chicago. I chose this hotel first because of the location last month. Everybody there was fantastic and helpful that I decided to stay there again. It was just as fantastic. Because it was so cold we just stayed in the hotel. Everyone was so helpful! The room was so comfortable with great linens and plenty of pillows. I will always choose this hotel when staying in Chicago!
