I had the pleasure of staying in a suite at the Four Seasons Singapore during a trip with my dad (CEO SCOR Actuary AUSTRALIA) and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The room was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully maintained, with twice-daily refreshment service. The housekeeping staff added meaningful personal touches—like neatly wrapping our charging cords to prevent them from tangling. We received fresh fruit daily and even personalized letters, which made our experience feel incredibly warm and tailored. During our stay, I also had the opportunity to enjoy a signature massage with my therapist Zu, who customized the treatment to my needs and delivered an absolutely exceptional experience—both relaxing and therapeutic. The Executive Club was a standout highlight. The culinary offerings were extraordinary, with an impressive variety—from Wagyu steak to caviar to abalone tarts. The staff were attentive and gracious, even offering to bring additional food back to our suite for our convenience. A special mention must go to Ryann (spelling uncertain), one of the waiters in the Executive Club. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to say goodbye on our final day, but we truly appreciated his cheerful energy, professionalism, and kindness. He even remembered our favourite breakfast orders, which added such a thoughtful and personal touch to our mornings. This was truly a memorable and luxurious experience, and I cannot wait to return. Warmest regards, (Room 1704)

A fantastic hotel. Warm and friendly staff. Great restaurants and bar. Rooms beautifully styled and flawlessly clean. I should really award 7 stars. However…I was tempted to take off a star. Not through any fault of the hotel but….For example: the bar is elegant and relatively tranquil. Evidently a high class watering hole. It is not acceptable in my opinion for tourists in shorts nor families with children and babies. There should be some at least smart casual dress code for such a stylish place. I noticed that some of the clientele treat the staff with total indifference, no courtesy or thanks. Possibly it’s the White Lotus effect but for us it was an object lesson that money does not buy class. Nevertheless a beautiful hotel with superb staff.

The experience was perfect even before we arrived. Through the FS App, our questions were addressed promptly within minutes and the team effectively resolved them. For one, the team competently handled a request for music practice rooms just one day before our stay. We were warmly welcomed by staff who took our bags and held the door open, a consistent gesture throughout our stay as we were always greeted with a smile and welcoming words. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with acknowledgements to our personal requests. The room was thoughtfully designed and spotlessly clean, even the hidden wall corners lacked a trace of mold or grease. The Four Seasons bed is one the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept in, and the hotel provided so much cloudy pillows with even more options to select from. Special thanks especially towards the impressive and hardworking housekeeping staff, for they maintained our room in pristine condition everyday with thoughtful touches such as providing extra tissues and tidying up our charges (even once with a leather strap). Turn-down service included providing bottles of water beside the beds, floor mats, slippers, shutting the curtains, and dimming the lights to make us feel the most cozy after a busy day exploring the Garden City. For lunch, we dined at One-Ninety. The restaurant provided a blend of international and local options, though I would encourage further main dish options beyond what’s already included. Despite this, our food was delectable, and the staff were attentive as well, including proactively making us a reservation before the restaurant opened and checking on us frequently during the meal. We’ve heard great things about the hotel and had high expectations, which were blown out of the park once we actually experienced the stay. Even our stay of 4 nights was not enough to enjoy other amenities. The service was especially impressive as all of the one or two dozens of staff we encountered were hospitable, amiable, genuine, and helpful, perfectly reflecting what the Four Seasons stands for. If we return to Singapore, we would not hesitate to stay at the FS again, and if we have friends or other family coming to Singapore, we would highly recommend this hotel to them as well.

We stayed here in January 2024 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a property of this standard. The layout of the room was practical and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more pleasant, such as ample storage, a spacious bathroom, and high-quality linens. The hallways were consistently quiet, which made for restful nights. One of the real highlights was the housekeeping team—they were efficient, discreet, and incredibly thorough. The front desk and concierge staff were also excellent: warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with directions, reservations, or local recommendations. The location is unbeatable. It’s just a short, pleasant walk to ION Orchard and Orchard Road, giving easy access to some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Singapore while still feeling tucked away enough for peace and quiet when you return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service.

Recently stayed 8 nights at Four Seasons Singapore (1st - 9th June) and overall, it was a good stay - nice service, beautiful rooms, and standout amenities. But 2 incidents left me REALLY disappointed, especially given the high standards I'm used to as a regular Four Seasons guest globally. The Disappointments: 1) Mini Bar Confusion: Each day, two small packs of chocolate bites were placed neatly next to the complimentary water in the room and restocked daily. I assumed they were part of the hotel’s welcome gesture, especially since they weren’t placed in the mini bar drawers or fridge, where the other items were. I was surprised (and disappointed) to see around $40 SGD per day added to my bill on checkout. I'm confident many guests would assume the same as me that they were complimentary. I strongly encourage the hotel to rethink this setup, as it comes across as a bit sneaky and leaves a bad taste at checkout. It was embarrassing to raise at checkout as people were stood around me, but I really think it's something that should be changed. 2) Inappropriate Guest Incident at the Bar: On Friday 6th June, between 10–11pm, I was approached and harassed by a visibly drunk lady at the bar restaurant — not once, but twice. The staff on duty, including a Western gentleman fronting the bar, saw this and chose not to intervene. Eventually, a female Singaporean team member offered an apology and said she was a regular visitor and was drunk, but the lack of action at the time was disappointing and left me uncomfortable and embarrassed in a place I normally think of safety and class. Worse still, the same drunk women came to me second time about 20 minutes later, and did it again, smelling of alcohol and cigarettes and again the same staff saw and didn't act. I was surprised by this. The Highlights: The bed and pillows were among the most comfortable I’ve experienced, incredible sleep quality aided by true blackout curtains. Housekeeping was exceptional, tidy, thoughtful, even wrapping up my cables each day. I appreciated the generous amount of complimentary bottled water provided daily. Reception staff were warm, helpful, and incredibly professional. The dining staff, both at the main restaurant and at Nobu, were fantastic. The gym is without doubt the best I’ve ever used in a hotel. Sleek, spacious, beautifully equipped. Lastly, the Thai green curry ice cream at Nobu and the wagyu steak were brilliant dishes. I would genuinely love to stay here again, because I love the Four Seasons brand. But I really hope these two concerns are addressed, especially the bar incident and the somewhat misleading minibar layout. Otherwise the hotel is a 5-star in every way. I'd be happy to talk to the team as I've run a hotel myself and know how hard it is, and understand, but I do think these changes and upgrades would make the world of difference. Looking forward to hearing from management.
