Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria

Absolutely faultless hotel. Perfectly located, beautiful buildings, amazing views and the most attentive staff. A huge pleasure to stay there and cannot wait for another opportunity.

Everyone and everything was outstanding. Staff, food , location and the history behind the hotel. Love the song Caruso and the fact it was written there. Three times visiting and looking forward to another.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Superb Italian cuisine, wonderful terrace and the staff were simply first class. Highly recommended if visiting Sorrento.

My husband and I decided to visit this Hotel as we were thinking of staying later on in the year. We understood that the public were allowed to visit the bar for a drink and possibly a meal. As we approached the entranced this man appeared from nowhere actually he looked like a homeless guy. He began shouting at us asking where we were going what an attitude!!! He definitely needs some training in customer service Luckily my husband who is Italian calmed him down he completely changed his attitude maybe he doesn't like English/American tourists. Well he definitely doesn't suit the job he is in zero professionalism we decided to book at the Cocomella where I must admit is ten times better than The Excelsior Anyone thinking of visiting this Hotel watch out for the cockroach with attitude.

We've just returned from a short break to celebrate our Anniversary. The hotel is wonderful and the service from all the staff makes it extra special. Everything was perfect, from the standard and cleanliness of rooms, breakfast and pool service. We ate at the pool restaurant a couple of times for lunch- and the food was exceptional. We also visited the spa for a couples treatment, which was lovely. I can't wait to return to the hotel- I don't think I could stay any where other than the Vittoria in Sorrento now!
