Came to Las Vegas for Kenny Chesney at the Sphere and wanted to stay someone more classy off the strip. This hotel and casino is incredible and super nice. The rooms are newly renovated and the service is a 10/10 everywhere you go! Ashley was our server at the pool both days and she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. Thank you Ashley and thank you Green Valley Ranch for a great weekend!

This review covers a recent visit to Green Valley Ranch Borracha Mexican restaurant, Drop Bar, and Pizza Rock. These three experiences happened on two separate days during my visit. First, Borracha Mexican Restaurant. When I arrived and sat at the bar, the restaurant was quiet. There were two men at one end of the bar and another man about two seats from me, so it was dead. The young female bartender did not acknowledge me for over five minutes while she chatted with the two men she obviously knew as regulars. While I understand servers need to engage their regulars, I had to flag her down to order, then again for a second drink and my check. There were only four people at the bar. Next, the Drop Bar. When I walked in around 9pm on a Wednesday, there were about 10 people at the bar and two bartenders, one male and one female. The male bartender was two seats down from me, talking with a patron. He didn't look at or acknowledge me, even though he knew I had arrived. The female bartender was chatting with a couple of girls on the other side of the bar, and when I finally caught her eye, she saw me, then picked up her phone and engaged with it instead of me. For five minutes, these two bartenders working a slow bar did not acknowledge me, so I gave up and walked out. After that, I decided to try Pizza Rock for a drink. I was greeted by the friendliest bartender as I walked up. I asked if he had a particular canned drink, and he said he did in the back room. I told him no bother, I'd have what you have here, but he insisted on going into the back and getting me that preferred drink. All the while, he had a great, friendly attitude. A friend later told me that Pizza Rock is a 4-wall, meaning they are not managed by Stations. I'm not sure about Borracha, but what I do know is that Stations executives need to retrain and reevaluate their food and bar service managers because what I experienced should never happen in the service industry. It's not just a problem at Green Valley Ranch. It's a problem at many Stations establishments. There is an air of entitlement by many in the service industry right now, and frankly, that comes from the top down. Money is tighter for many people these days. Prices are up, and if your experience at a particular establishment is negative, you are unlikely to return. I know I won't. This is a top-down issue. Bad managers equal bad employees. Stations. You need to do better.

Pros: - Hotel has gone through some renovations - West Tower room was well decorated, very comfortable. - Spa service was excellent, enjoyed my treatment and use of the amenities for the afternoon. - Great location to shops and other stores in the area. Cons: Service was disappointing around the pools (main and spa pool) where it took 45 minutes for someone to initially come by, and then another 30/40 minutes for someone to come by again to place another order or ask for the check. This happened to several guests sitting nearby to me. Given the size of the facilities and number of guests having more staff would be beneficial. Overall this was an OK stay - would stay again based on location and comfort of the hotel, but would go in with revised expectations for level of service.

My husband and I have been visiting Green Valley Ranch Casino for almost 18 years and generally appreciate the service and atmosphere. However, I would like to share a concern regarding interactions with one of the cocktail servers in the sports and surrounding gaming area. My husband frequently visits the casino on his own to place sports bets and play slot machines, and he currently goes almost daily. I am trying to encourage more balance and reduce his visits to about once a month. On several occasions, a particular cocktail server has made comments such as saying he was “missed” or asking where he has been. While I understand that friendly customer service is part of the job, I feel these types of personal remarks can be overly familiar and may not be appropriate in this setting. She also often serves him coffee, which is the only thing he drinks. When she speaks with him, he is usually alone. She has also seen me with him on previous visits. I am not a gambler myself, so I do not always accompany him because I am working. At times, these types of comments can make the environment feel more welcoming in a way that may unintentionally encourage more frequent visits than intended. I believe interactions with guests should remain friendly but professional, without comments that could be interpreted as personal familiarity. I am sharing this feedback respectfully, as we have always valued our experiences at Green Valley Ranch and would like to see standards of professionalism maintained consistently.

The newly remodeled rooms are stunning. Light and airy yet so very rich and classic. Comfort through and through. The pool area is lovely and lively. It was welcoming to all ages though definitely caters to a young demographic ( yeah, servers in thongs … and mostly techno music. We were a bit disappointed that the lobby bar did not have hot tea or coffee options at night. We wanted to enjoy the ambiance of that area but were done with alcohol for the night. The only other bars available are in the noisy casino. In addition the “essentials” snack and gift shop was not open in the early evening hours. Table games in the Casino during the day and early evening were sparse but dealers were very fun and engaging. Several Slots areas were being reorganized and updated on the Monday we were there. Breakfast a Lucky Penny was great.
