Our experience at the Four Season's was simply wonderful. The 2 rooms, the cleanliness, the incredible service was top notch . The location is the best and the Spa was such a great way to wind down. When we visit Chicago it's our place to stay!

Perfect Home Base for Our Mother-Daughter Chicago Trip We stayed at Four Seasons Chicago for a mother-daughter trip to visit the Obama Presidential Center, and from the moment we arrived, the team was genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming. It’s the level of service I’ve come to expect from Four Seasons and why it continues to be my hotel of choice. We stayed in an Executive Suite overlooking the lake. The built-in window seat became my morning spot to watch the sunrise! The location was chef’s kiss perfect. We walked more than 10,000 steps exploring the city and along the lakefront, and having the mall connected to the hotel was definitely an added bonus! What I appreciated most was how personally engaged the team was. They asked about our plans, how we spent our day, and even wanted to see our pictures. Those little interactions made the stay feel especially warm. We also made time to simply rest, and Four Seasons bedding is the best in the business. My only note was breakfast. The menu wasn’t particularly expansive, but what we ordered was good and got the job done. Overall, a wonderful stay and the perfect home base for our mother-daughter trip to Chicago.

Almost pefection. This property is at the top of our Four Seasons list. (right up there with Toronto-- which is saying something). Of course, location is superb, right off Magnificent Mile, easy access to lake trails, shopping, sites, restaurants. The decor, finishes, room amenities, spa, restaurant-- absolutely lovely, low key luxury- top notch finishes everwhere from public spaces to rooms-- and the rooms-- ask for a view--- spectacular, the Chicago skyline can't be beat (far outshines NYC) --- but what sends this property over the top is the service-- my goodness, there is no request too small or large-- questions answered promptly, problems resolved immediately, professionally--- there is a mutual respect between guest and staff. The motto holds-- treat guests as you would want to be treated. Dear Four Seasons, I do have two quibbles: 1. We had an unsatisfying lunch-- the portions (referring specifically to salads) were down right skimpy. Worst of all, when a pretzel appetizer was ordered for our table of four, the waitstaffer cautioned us that the portion came with only three-- at a property like this-- put another pretzel on the plate for goodness sake (and while we're at it, offer MUSTARD, not butter as an accompaniment).... 2. Signage in the spa is warranted-- it's very hard to navigate the labyrinth of rooms -- which way to the pool, where is the entrance to the fitness level, how do I get out of this place, how to get back to the locker room, it's rather disorienting. Other than that--- you knocked it out of the park! Minor quibbles -- we would never stay elsewhere in Chicago.

I travel frequently to Chicago and of all the high-end options in the city, The Four Seasons Chicago consistently delivers on quality, service and value. The personalized attention and attention to detail is without compare. First time at a Four Seasons and didn’t really know what to expect. Everything exceeded expectations. The service was exceptional as soon as you step foot on the property. The room was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. One of my favorite things was actually how amazing the whole place smelled. Overall 5 stars, and will be back.
