Claris Hotel

Great stay overall at Claris Hotel & Spa in Barcelona. The location is fantastic, we booked to be close to the start of the Marathon, very central and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many great restaurants, shops and major sights are just a short walk away. Service was truly extraordinary. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout the stay. As a Hilton Diamond member, I also really appreciated the early check-in benefit, which made arrival much smoother after traveling. The only downside was the Superior room, which felt a bit outdated compared to what you might expect from a luxury hotel. It was comfortable and clean, but the design and furnishings could use a refresh. That said, the excellent service and unbeatable location made the stay very enjoyable and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants and shops — making it incredibly convenient for exploring. What truly sets this property apart, however, is its unique architecture and beautifully curated interior design. It feels like a hidden gem, with thoughtful attention to every detail — from the evening chocolate service to the elegant handwritten notes placed around the room. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Ornella and Eric at reception were especially welcoming, but every member of the team was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures: a rose in the room, a fully complimentary minibar, luxurious amenities, and even a hair iron — something I’ve never encountered in any other hotel. If we return to Barcelona, this will undoubtedly be our home away from home. I cannot recommend it highly enough — a truly five-star experience in every sense.

Stayed only 1 night, but we really enjoyed. Luxurious hotel without ostentation and not cheap but briiliant. Rooms are amazing and incredible personalized service 10/10. Near to all Barcelone ameneties. Ideal for an special ocassion.

Absolutely exceptional stay at Hotel Claris in Barcelona! The superior service from the moment we arrived made us feel truly special—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming staff who went above and beyond. The hotel’s elegant blend of historic charm and modern luxury, stunning art collection, and prime location in the heart of the city were the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable trip. Everything was flawless. Highly recommend—pure bliss!

It s my second time and again construction work going and on top check in(as diamond member not recognized) was so unpolite by the two male reception employees that whatever the place offers this bitter first impression stays, very rude no eye contact, 5 min before 3 room was not assigned hectical looking in the system to find a room, loud housekeeping I really see the Labour and love for hospitality by the owners but the management is a Desaster after letter and call finally a talk to the manager of the hotel who did not excuse nor improve, this explains everything.Sad for this wonderful property but I guess first impression is the one that remains. I asked my business partners, big corporation, to rather not consider this hotel again.
