Maria an Outstanding Host and 5 Star Service
María is an outstanding host. She showed us the building and the different ameneties + spoke about the place with excitement and love. Being in the sales business for years we look for people just like María; someone who can speak with confidence, know the product and showcase how incredible the business. Excellent service
⸻ Maria provided absolutely excellent service from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile and immediately made us feel welcome, offering helpful suggestions and making sure every detail of our visit was perfect. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure that everything we needed was taken care of quickly and professionally. It is rare to find someone who is both so efficient and so genuinely kind. Because of Maria’s outstanding service, our experience was unforgettable and far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend her to everyone!

A very special stay
This was our first time staying at El Convento and we loved it. It really feels like you transport to another era with the combination of location and decoration of the hotel. The service was always great from the reception desk to the restaurant. One thing that really stood out for us, was a gesture they had with us by leaving in our room a beautify gift for our baby, a plate of fresh fruit and two bottles of sparking wine (one being non-alcoholic due to me being pregnant). This was a very thought gesture and definitely made our stay more sweet. We’ll be back soon ❤️

Steeped in History
Location is great and staff is incredibly helpful. Edgard was our waiter at Níspero, providing great service. Luciano the bell hop was always there to answer our questions and make recommendations. Turn down service kept our towels replenished even after the initial cleaning.
