Hotel El Convento

Victor was amazing! His service was outstanding!! I will always come to this spot… We felt welcome and well attended to during our dinner!!

El Convento is a wonderful stay! Right in the center of El Viejo San Juan, walkable distance to all the historic points and classical spots of the old city. The stay itself was wonderful, check in was smooth as well as check out. The amenities were great as well as the hotel’s bar. Our bellhop, Luciano, was very kind and made us feel very welcomed. You won’t regret your stay at El Convento!

I had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stayed here because it is centrally located in the "old town" and within easy walking distance to most of San Juan's historic and cultural sites. There are a lot of good authentic Puerto Rican restaurants nearby as well--try the mofongo and arroz con pollo. Loved the central courtyard, morning breakfasts and afternoon snacks and drinks at Patio del Nispero. Staff and service were professional and helpful. Rooms were reasonably spacious and comfortable. Loved the old Spanish look of the hotel.

Very nice atmosphere quite relaxing. The attendants at the bar Indira, Angela,Dimas,Jesus always ready. The way the set up the bar, breakfast , great. Mara at the front desk and your operations supervisor very helpful and ready to assist . Service was excellent including housekeeping dept
