The wedding beyond my dreams
My husband and I started the process to celebrate our wedding at El Convento a year ago. Since then, we have been greeted with love and professionalism. El Hotel El Convento is an exceptional venue for a wedding and an unforgettable experience overall. The level of service is world-class, with a staff that is attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to excellence. The historic beauty of the hotel creates a romantic and elegant atmosphere that is truly unmatched in Old San Juan. Our wedding was flawlessly executed, and every detail was handled with care and precision. From the rooms to the event coordination, everything was perfect. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and highly recommend El Convento to anyone seeking a luxury, once-in-a-lifetime experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Nicole Nieves, Banquet Manager, Nelia Sánchez, Senior Catering Manager, Andrea Ubior, Manager of Food and Beverage at El Hotel Palacio Provincial where we had our rehearsal dinner, David, George, Andrea, Luis, Misael, and all the staff for making us feel at home and enjoying a stress free wedding.

Very well-placed and enjoyable old hotel
Great staff in this old hotel. Many nice amenities including the rooftop pool and daily wine/cheese in the veranda. Connected to a beach resort if you want to go there. Rooms adequate size, relatively recently renovated, and (for ours) with great views over old San Juan to harbor.

Awesome time, came for our friends wedding. Breakfast came out quickly and tasted delicious. Our service was incredible.

Breakfast here was so delicious and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I had the Monte Cristo and fries and some fresh fruit and it was 10/10
