Outstanding hospitality in Room 1805! Special thanks to Kao, May, and Panida
We stayed in Room 1805 at The Athenee Hotel from July 8th to July 12th, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect!Upon entering Room 1805, we were deeply moved by a beautiful surprise prepared on the bed—two folded towel swans forming a heart shape, surrounded by rose petals. It was incredibly warm and touching, showing the housekeeping team's meticulous attention to detail.While the property itself is stunning, it was the exceptional hospitality that made our trip truly unforgettable. We would love to give a special shout-out to these amazing staff members for making our stay so memorable: Kao, May, and Panida: Thank you so much for your professional service and genuine smiles every time we met. The lady at the breakfast juice bar (First Day): Her energetic and enthusiastic attitude gave us the perfect, vibrant start to our vacation.It is dedicated staff like them who make this hotel stand out. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!
