10/10 experience
Absolutely incredible experience, the best I've had of any hotel stay. Walkable to public transit and nearby malls. The staff are extraordinarily attentive, especially Panida, who remembered my husband's and my favorite items for breakfast and would bring it to us when she saw us walking in. Incredible food, fresh flowers in our room for a special occasion, and the entire place smelled fantastic. The gym and pool are outstanding, you could stay just at the hotel and have an amazing trip.

Excellent services by Khun SANG for making our special night with super fresh seafood & various desserts. My daughter also enjoyed a lot of cakes and ice-cream. Our family shall come back again for sure!!

Nice vibe
Overall is good. Always love the vibe here. Variety of food. Excellent service, especially k.Sang whom i guess she is a manager, taking care of everything with smile. One thing they should improve is the beef is over-cooked.

Rain Tree Café
We came here for the Sunday dinner buffet at Rain Tree Café, and we had a really great experience. The buffet is not the biggest I’ve ever seen, but it has everything you need, and the quality of the food is excellent. I would rather have fewer dishes with great quality than a huge selection that is just average. One of my favorite sections was the cheese station. There were so many different kinds of cheese, and they were all high quality. The sushi was also very fresh and delicious. Another highlight was the grilled lamb. It is cooked fresh to order, and it was so tender and flavorful. If you’re planning to come mainly for the lamb, I highly recommend arriving when the buffet opens and ordering it right away. We arrived around 7:00 PM, and by about 8:20 PM, the lamb was already sold out. The fresh oysters were another standout. They were incredibly fresh—so fresh they were still moving! Definitely a must-try if you love seafood. Finally, a big thank you to Thida,May , Com and all the staff for taking such great care of our table. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience with great food and excellent service. I would definitely come back again.
