Excellent experience
The experience in the hotel and the Rain tree restaurant was so excellent. We were warmfully and greatly welcomed by Mrs Kao at the restaurant. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional and contribute to enhance our experience of dinner at the Rain Tree restaurant. We are very grateful to her.

Great time for my mom’s birthday!
We went to The Silk Road to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful time! ❤️ Khun Nuch took really good care of us, even though the restaurant was very busy. She and her team surprised my mom with a lovely birthday cake and even sang “Happy Birthday” to her. 🎂🎶 Thank you, Khun Nuch, for making my mom’s birthday so special and for giving my family such a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate it and will definitely come back again! 🥰

Great lunch experience
First time having the lunch buffet here with my husband and we had such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious and the desserts were absolutely amazing so many great choices! A special thank you to K. Sang who took such great care of us and provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was so attentive, friendly and made our lunch even more enjoyable. We really appreciated her hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, we were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. Unfortunately, we came down with a bad cold and cough during our stay, and every staff member was so caring and thoughtful. They kept checking on us to make sure we were okay and if there was anything we needed. They truly made us feel like we were at home and being taken care of by family. ❤️ The food was incredible, too! Everything we had was delicious, and we really enjoyed every meal. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and special. We love this place and would absolutely come back! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
