Gorgeous hotel with super friendly staff!!
The front desk and pool staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. They helped with recommendations and directions and even arranged a massage appointment for me. Fern at the pool was very welcoming and helpful with towels and information and the bar team brought water and fruit as soon as I sat down. I had a cocktail there too and that was great. The hotel is in a quiet area and a short walk to Lumpini Park and the BTS train.

Amazing • Excellent • Perfect
The whole experience was amazing since the pick up at the airport, to the warm arrival at the hotel, to the surprises we got in the room. The trip was to celebrate the amazing life of our dachshund who suddenly passed in July. Athenee made her presence with us the whole time. The exceptional services from all members of staff from the concierge, room attendees, The Rain Tree Cafe to the Royal Club Lounge, everyone is so friendly and professional. We definitely will come back again!
