Exceptional Luxury – Highly Recommended!
I recently stayed at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok for 11 nights and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment you enter the grand lobby, you feel the elegant blend of Thai heritage and modern luxury. The staff were outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping and the club lounge team, the service felt personal and five-star. I am vegan and other dietary requirements and kahn/karn took care of my food needs personally in Rain cafe.

Very clean room
Busarin 'pinit mayura was very meticulous in cleaning our room, according to my wife. We give her 5 stars for a good job and commend her positive attitude!

Lovely housekeeping and welcoming staff!
The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Beds and pillows are top notch. We upgraded to the higher level floors with Club Lounge Access and enjoyed bigger rooms and complimentary laundry services. Pinit and Suphattra were excellent in ensuring the housekeeping were all done in best quality. Look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful time
All the staff did a great job on maintaining the entire environment including atmosphere and the cleanliness. We had a wonderful experience during breakfast time, I would like to thank WARISARA and THIDA for their kindness to celebrate my daughter’s birthday which made our day !
