Great property
This was our third stay here, and once again, we absolutely loved the ambience. The staff are consistently amazing and truly make each visit special. Although children are not allowed in the lounge, we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us a comfortable seating area at the bar near the lobby so we could still enjoy the lounge benefits with our kids. That level of care and flexibility means a lot to us. This hotel has become our top choice whenever we visit Bangkok, and we always look forward to coming back.

Extremely wonderful stay

Make sure you book a Club room., you will be serviced like a Princess.
It was hands down one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I’ve had in the city. Situated on the prestigious Wireless Road, it’s a peaceful oasis that is still just a short stroll from the BTS Ploen Chit station. The department stores, convenient store, Massages, are also in very short distance. The pool area feels like a secret garden in the middle of a concrete jungle—perfect for unwinding after a day of shopping. Suites are spacious for our family trip, there are also many restaurants inside the hotel. The absolute highlight of my seven-day stay was the Royal Club Lounge. From the morning breakfast to the afternoon tea and then evening cocktails were exquisite, it was the "heart-led" service that truly set this experience apart. I could stay in the hotel whole day with whatever I need! I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the following team members who made me feel like royalty in the Lounge: Mr. Tawan, Ms. Orathai and Chef. Suriyan., you really made my stay memorable. I love the special PadThai. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. :D

Room was spacious and clean. Large shower area. Pool was a delight in the middle of the city.
