The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection, Bangkok

The hotel is very nice, location close to the BTS. The staff throughout our week’s stay was fantastic. The buffet breakfast was excellent, huge selection of cuisines, juicing station and wonderful attentive service. The major disappointment was with the Athenee King room. While well appointed it is dated and compact, particularly the quite small bathroom.

Good quality food, though the buffet line seems to have changed a bit. Service is excellent — Khun Smile was very nice and attentive. Desserts and fruits are great, and some drinks like Blue Hawaii are included too.

I stayed at The Athenee Bangkok recently and had another wonderful experience, but the real highlight was the Executive Lounge team. I want to give special recognition to Hinano, Selena, Tawan, Chicken and Pang who were absolutely outstanding throughout my stay. They are the kind of team members who make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Hinano brings a calm and thoughtful warmth that immediately puts you at ease. Chicken & Pang are incredibly attentive and seem to anticipate what guests need before anyone even asks. And Tawan adds such genuine kindness and positive energy that the lounge feels brighter whenever he’s there. Their teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality set a standard that many hotels aspire to but rarely achieve. Thanks to them, the lounge became the perfect place to unwind, work, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. The Athenee already delivers a high level of service, but staff like Tawan, PangPang, and Chicken take it to another level. I’m grateful for their care and look forward to returning soon.

The room is clean and spacious with welcome. When I had feedback to Passanee that the air in the room smells stale and damp, she immediately brought a dehumidifier and set up in the room and reported to her manager Pinit. Both Passanee and Pinit were thoughtful and shortly changed it to a very quiet equipment to fresh the air. Whenever I met Passanee in the following days, she followed up with me for the air quality improvement status. Do appreciate their great service with details and thoughtfulness.

I want to thank the housekeeping staff, especially Suphattra and her supervisor Pinit, for taking such good care of me during my stay. She cleaned my room perfectly every day and was very kind and attentive when I wasn’t feeling well. Her caring attitude really made a difference and made me feel comfortable and looked after. I truly appreciate her excellent service and kindness.
