The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection, Bangkok

The Athenee Hotel is an awesome place to stay. It was our first time back to Thailand with our young children. The welcome amenities waiting in the beautiful room to all the interaction with the hospitable staff was magical. The staff is what makes this stay so memorable. The ladies at the lounge level were so welcoming in the morning. Dae the beautiful lounge manager helped us with our breakfast and airport transportation. The personal trainers at level 4 were accommodating and made the pool time special and fun for our little ones. They offered some pool toys and were attentive. At the rainforest cafe our server Tida was super helpful and so caring toward our older son. Noi our housekeeper was excellent and had our room looking lovely all three days. Hope to be back to the Athenee soon! This hotel is located close to the BTS. It was just 35 minutes from the airport. Down stairs was a Big C food-store, serval little local restaurants, and a Foreign currency exchange too. The doormen were super helpful in arranging for taxi ride also.

Thank you everyone who makes me happy during my stay especially Housekeeping team Ms. Passanee, Ms. Aumpa and Ms. Supranee. All clean helpful service. At lobby, I have good service experience from Mr. Khuan, Mr. Boom Mr. Gap from concierge. As well as front desk team Ms. June and Mr. Toy.

We had a very pleasant stay .. me and my family were very well taken care of. Excellent hospitality by Mr Tab, Mr Gap and very lovely Ms Chicken ( executive lounge)

The lounge is so well laid out, welcoming and comfortable. Must also honour Khun Sunny and the rest of the team, who were very patient and helpful. Location is great, with walking distance to many malls and restaurants. I am Bonvoy Ambassador member, and I reccomend this hotel.
