5 Star Experience During Songkran at the Athenee Hotel
My family’s stay at the Athenee Hotel was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the level of service stood out—warm, attentive, and genuinely personalized without ever feeling overbearing. It’s clear the staff takes pride in creating a seamless luxury experience. The food was another highlight. Breakfast, in particular, was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options that cater to both international and local tastes. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious across the board. A special mention must go to Panida, who made each morning truly memorable. Her service during breakfast was nothing short of spectacular—she was attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Beyond that, she offered thoughtful recommendations on what to see and do during the Songkran festival, which added a whole new layer to our trip. Her guidance helped us experience the celebration in a way that felt both exciting and authentic, from knowing the best areas to enjoy the festivities to practical tips on navigating the city during such a lively time. Overall, The Athenee delivers a refined and luxurious stay, backed by outstanding service and excellent dining. It’s the kind of place where the people truly make the difference—and Panida is a perfect example of that.

Excellent food and service. I’ll recommended. I’m impress with N’ Thanaporn (kao) . She’s the best and take care my table very well.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff!
I love visiting this hotel because of the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They always greet you and walk with you to the elevator. Always filled with so much positivity. I visit this hotel every time to eat at the House of Smooth Curry. Even the staff at the restaurant are very kind and always give their all for their customers and a great dining experience.
