The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection, Bangkok

We were very impressed with the variety of food options and the high quality of the ingredients. The service was attentive and professional throughout our visit. Khun Panida, Khun Best, and Khun Bris took excellent care of us and made us feel truly welcome. Last but not least, we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant’s atmosphere, which made the dining experience even more memorable. We look forward to visiting again.

Here for the buffet dinner and The spread is amazing, food quality went far beyond standards for a hotel buffet, and Panida, Best and Bris mastered the art of making sure I am well taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hotel buffet in town.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent experience. The breakfast was especially impressive and truly made my morning enjoyable. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, including both savory and sweet dishes, as well as fresh fruit juices. I highly recommend trying the ice cream and mango sticky rice, which were wonderful highlights of the breakfast selection. The service was also outstanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a smile. Special thanks to Thida, who was attentive, helpful, and always ready to provide recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

+ It's an authentic hotel and I like the interior. + Very nice lounge for elite members. If you have kids, they will serve you at the bar on the ground floor. The food and drinks are good. The staff are just great. - The upgrade is minor. Even for Titanium, there is no way to get a spacious room. - Breakfast could be better. There is Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean food. But where's the Thai food at such an authentic hotel? That's strange. There wasn't even any Pad Thai. - The water in the swimming pool wasn't clear enough. - I spent $100 on spa treatments and wouldn't recommend doing that. You get the most basic Thai massage and it costs five times as much. It's better to spend it on fine dining at the property's restaurants. Overall, I did enjoy the experience. But I won't come back. I'm not sure about the cost/value, and I don't see a reason to go back.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Athenee Hotel again in April. While the location of the hotel is convenient and the amenities are superb, it's the staff that makes this an exceptional hotel. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality from Khun Mine, Khun Jay, Khun Narudon (Ott?), Khun Duango (Noi), Khun Tida, everyone in the Rain Tree Cafe and the club lounge (especially Mine). I very much look forward to returning to The Athenee.
