The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection, Bangkok

What kind of 5-star luxury service is this? Honestly, even some local shops provide better service. I ordered your mooncakes on the 13th and was asked to postpone the delivery and wait for three weeks. I was told that someone would get back to me, but until now, I have received no update or contact at all. If the product is not ready for delivery, it would be better not to put it on sale in the first place. A luxury brand should not only offer luxury products—it should also provide a luxury level of service and communication.

Athener is situated near Central Embassy and the BTS station so it is convenient to get around. What sets this hotel apart is the level of service and attentiveness to details. Khun Shaun noted my fleeting comment that my boss was eating healthy and told the chef to reduce the oil in the eggs he ordered. My boss loved it. Khun Noi the house keeper has been amazing as well. Would come back here again.

The Athenee Hotel is a fantastic choice in Bangkok, offering a prime location within easy walking distance of major shopping malls and public transit. Beyond the convenience, the rooms are impeccably maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable. A special highlight of our stay was the breakfast service—the spread is diverse and delicious, made even better by the warm hospitality of the staff. A huge shoutout to Shaun, one of the servers, who went above and beyond to provide attentive, friendly service every morning. His dedication truly elevated our experience. Highly recommended!

Astounding is a word that rarely springs to mind but is in my humble opinion deservedly used to describe the entire experience of having Afternoon Tea here. The food was delicious, exquisitely presented and comes with a large variety of teas to choose from and is very reasonably priced. The staff were first class and a special mention to Suntree and Raruk who provided us with the best of care and attention for our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will certainly return. Highly recommended.
