Unfair service
We were on a business travel. We had to pay deposit, it could be only with credit card (no debit). Two of us sad they hadn`t. At last they didn`t pay. Three of us paid. It was a bad step from me. They haven`t released my money until this day. Of course, they told me, that my banks failure. This a clear lie. My bank haven`t got any message on this. Anyhow they have a quality service, but they steal your money temporary. Instead a polite letter, they would do something. I recommand to avoid to stay there.

Gorgeous hotel with super friendly staff!!
The front desk and pool staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. They helped with recommendations and directions and even arranged a massage appointment for me. Fern at the pool was very welcoming and helpful with towels and information and the bar team brought water and fruit as soon as I sat down. I had a cocktail there too and that was great. The hotel is in a quiet area and a short walk to Lumpini Park and the BTS train.
