Birthday Celebration
The service was outstanding by Panida she went above and beyond expectations even taking lots of photos for us, it was my husbands birthday and it was made special by receiving a small cake and singing Happy Birthday.The quality of food was good but the variety seems to have been reduced since April 2024 which was a bit disappointing, but we still had a memorable night.

Legit thai food!
I love their food in The House of Smooth Curry! Chicken satay and mango sticky rice!!! Restaurant staff are so nice and accomodating specially Sarinton. Will be back again!

Excellent hotel!
Fantastic hotel located very close to the train line. Great staff, beautiful rooms. Great food nearby. It was suggested to us by a friend and it didn't disappoint.

On the morning of November 28, 2025, I attended the OECD conference at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok. I forgot my glasses. After lunch, I remembered and went back to the meeting room to look for them but couldn't find them. I told the hotel staff to call me if they found them. Late at night, I didn't receive a call, so I went back to the hotel and met a staff member at the reception desk named Khuon. He listened and enthusiastically supported me. Although I don't understand Thai, I saw that you had to make many long phone calls. I guess that's the internal process. Finally, I got my glasses back. I'm very happy and grateful to Khuon. Although I'm not a guest but just a conference guest at The Athenee Hotel, I received enthusiastic and professional support. I will come back to The Athenee Hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Bangkok again.
