Best hotel in Bangkok!
Amazing stay and the customer service is top notch. Pond was the best. A wonderful hostess who was extremely friendly and engaging. I look forward to my next visit!

First time in Bangkok
Overall experience is very good. Had a great time. The Staff is friendly and very helpfull. The hotel is very beautifull and it's location is very central.

Best service!
The staff were not only incredibly accommodating but they went the extra mile in ensuring a comfortable stay. My favorite part of each day was the wonderful breakfast buffet where the incredible Shaun would recommend a local dish for me to try. He was so attentive, kind and caring throughout the 4 days and my stay would not have been the same without him!
