Stayed there for 5 nights after a terrible flight to Phoenix. What a gem! Great location and stunning views. Hiking trail directly behind the hotel. Wife and I climbed almost to the top until concerns about too much sun made us return. Workout facilities, tennis/pickleball courts and pools are topnotch. Staff was fantastic and had helpful information regarding Tucson area. Can't wait to return. Thank you Loews!

I stayed here for a conference. I was here for several days. The place is very big. The people are nice. The trails behind the hotel are great. The rooms were large and clean. It’s a nice place.

We visited in Feb. 2026. We have stayed here probably six times in the last 3 years while visiting our daughter. I am a teacher and have used their appreciation discount each of those times. We have stayed in different types of rooms in different locations. We like to play golf at Ventana Canyon, and this location can't be beat for those courses. The remodel has been lovely, and the Cascade lounge was very good. Our room was unfortunately located above the grills for Sunday brunch, so the room had a permanent smoke smell. On Sunday, the balcony was not useable because of the dense smoke. Finally, upon checkout, I was very shocked to see that the resort fee had been added to the bill. Up to this point, the resort fee was forgiven with the appreciation discount. Although I booked this room more than 6 months in advance, I still got hit with this unexpected and new charge. This is one of the reasons that we chose Loews. The hotel is lovely, minus the smoke-filled room, but I don't appreciate the change in charges and policy. Customer service has not been helpful or understanding. We will definitely look to stay elsewhere on our next trip.

A destination hotel with golf course, fitness center and spa. The landscaping and ambiance are superior. Outstanding and thoughtful service{I have limited mobility}.Valets Kosi ,Mathew Saf and Jacob provided outstanding and reliable free transportation, as well as other services. Trinity, Meloni and Marisol are very able and pleasant servers in the Canyon Cafe which has excellent food. All of the desk personnel, are very capable and efficient with pleasant personalities. The servers in the Cascade Lounge are well versed in cocktails and excellent service. A peaceful and relaxing gem.

My husband and I have stayed at the property repeatedly over the last year, as my parents live nearby in a retirement community. Brent Yurik has been wonderful, making sure we get a great room and are taken care of. Property is gorgeous, rooms beautiful. We love the desert vibe of the hotel. I am a spoiled hotel princess and these guys take such good care Of me! Rooms are lovely spacious, spotless, have every amenity. Staff is truly exceptional, from valet, front desk, housekeeping, spa. One can tell this is from the top down. Spa, fitness all beautiful and great; pickleball courts with gear! Everything is offered with a smile. We go through Amex FHR and they execute perfectly. Thanks to Taylor for amazing flowers and heartfelt note when we stayed because our father passed away. Above and beyond. We’ll be back!! I’m sure this is the best hotel in Tucson. We have also stayed at Dove Mountain Ritz and this is better!
