The Merrion

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are excellent from the Porters at the door to reception, catering, bar, restaurant and cleaning. They are extremely warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. The food is really high quality and the hotel will cater for dietary requirement with great care. Rooms are spectacular.

From the moment we arrived at the steps of The Merrion we were greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. All through our stay the staff were so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is such a lovely area with great restaurants and pubs easy to walk to. No need to get a taxi. A really lovely experience.

We loved every minute of our trip. The staff are AMAZING!! Our room was beautiful. We had champagne and a lovely cake for my husband’s birthday. The food in the garden room was exceptional and the reception was very busy on checkout but it was all hands on Dec and we barely had any delay. They have so many lovely paintings unfortunately we couldn’t see it all but that means a return visit 😜
