We stayed at Crescent Court hotel for 2 nights at two Premier King rooms. First of all we received two rooms at different corners of the level while requested for connectors as we travelled with 3 kids. We had just two small still water bottles in the rooms at all. There were no sleepers at the rooms. When we requested for them housekeeping told that because of high occupancy they’ve ran out of sleepers at the hotel! After we asked for a late check out at 4 pm because of late flights and we were offered one room late checkout for extra fee, while all other US hotels provided it for us for free. But the worst thing was that checking out at 4:00 pm we couldn’t find two pairs of kids shoes. And finally we realized that kids forgot them in the room we left at midday, housekeeping team found them but nobody told us about it. So we spent 45 min trying to find our shoes and then housekeepers brought them to us. That’s insane not to inform clients about items they found 4 hours ago! We almost missed our flight because of this! The building of the hotel is nice, food is ok but very small selection. But service is terrible! Don’t recommend!!!

Don't let the price point scare you. This is the best spa experience in DFW. Every employee and every service is perfect. Bring a swimsuit and come an hour early to use the jacuzzi or cold plunge and then sit in the sauna or steam room between treatments. Afterwards grab a drink or a bite just outside the lobby at 60 Vines or Nobu. Validated parking makes seamless access :)

Our stay at Crescent Court was wonderful. The hotel is lovely and is conveniently located to fabulous restaurants, all within walking distance. The hotel staff worked hard to accommodate an early check in for us. Valet parking was convenient and the staff was courteous and timely in their responsiveness. Our room was cleaned daily without our request. I will make this my go to hotel anytime I am in Dallas.

Visited the spa and it was impeccable. Wonderful service, clean, relaxing and excellent massage! Valet was easy and prompt.

Overall, excellent hotel 1. you should offer hot water/tea kettles. Just because it's texas, it doesn't mean there aren't tea-only drinkers; fine hotels in NY, LA, Chicago, Europe, Asia etc provide this. And, good tea 2. The food was fine, but at breakfast, the wait staff was disarmed about making tea, and then made and served tea that you could read the newspaper through. It resembled lemonade more than Breakfast tea. You might imagine how disappointed your guests would be if the breakfast coffee was this poor.
