Hotel Crescent Court

My sisters and I stayed at The Crescent in August. This review could have been a four until I was double billed. The hotel was beautiful and the hotel staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the bar however they were lacking quite a few basic items, but we made the best of it and that wasn’t a big deal. However, two months after our trip, I get a charge on my credit card for $1142.59. This is completely unacceptable. My sister booked the room and paid for it in advance using a third-party. I checked in early and put my credit card down for incidentals so when we checked out, the only charges were the bar and parking which amounted to around $600. That was all because as I stated earlier, my sister had prepaid for the room. That was the end of August and now we’re into November and I get this random charge on my credit card. I immediately called the hotel was transferred several times before talking with Kenisha from accounting and explained what had happened . She took my information and looked into it and said she had to talk with George and would get back to me. That was a week ago. This is pretty straight forward and should have been taken care of immediately. The room was paid for ahead of time. I paid the incidentals. End of story! I should have been credited the same day. Yet….nothing! No return phone call and no credit. So what could’ve been a great review and a return to stay at this hotel has now been soured by misuse of my credit card. I feel like I was scammed. I expected better!

Beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff. However, there is virtually no storage space for your belongings – no shelves nor drawers, even in a large suite. Very disappointed in the furnishings of our room, even though they were pretty.

Excellent hotel. It was fancier thgan the hotels I usually stay at. Only downside was no gift shop in the builoding

Our business meeting at Hotel Crescent was flawless from start to finish. From the initial contract to room blocks, catering, meal selections, and A/V support, the entire team delivered outstanding service with impressive attention to detail. Every question was answered quickly and professionally, and every request was handled without hesitation. The guest rooms were exceptional, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The food was excellent and received compliments from everyone in our group. The catering team ensured that every meal was perfectly timed and presented. Hotel Crescent exceeded every expectation. Their professionalism, hospitality, and seamless execution made our event a success. I highly recommend this hotel for any corporate meeting or event.

I spend 4 night every year at the Crescent for business. It is always a great experience. The service and rooms are clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The bathrooms modern. Extras include Nespresso machines and minibar. The gym is world class with exceptional equipment (TechnoGym) and the pool, albeit small, is a nice touch on the second floor. The area around the Crescent has world calls food and great activities including the Kady Trail. Look forward to returning in the Fall 2026!
