The Crescent never disappoints
The Crescent staff always make our stay. Abdul in the lobby, Angel at the front desk, Julia in the bar, and the entire valet and courtesy driver staff are highlights. The property is well cared for, and you can’t beat the location. It’s our go-to hotel in Dallas.

The People make a difference
this is the nicest hotel in Dallas. Beautiful rooms and lobby. What makes this. hotel stand out are the employees. Each employee is trying to assist you and basically looking for ways to make your stay great. the hotel is located near downtown and the tollway. There are numerous great restaurants within walking distance.

One of the best hotels in the US!
This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in the US. It's so beautiful, the food is amazing from the room service to Nobu! And the spa is incredible! Mok at the spa was the best massage therapist! The rooms felt like modern luxury and very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be coming back for a couples trip!

Disappointed
Unfortunately, I have to write this review about the Crescent; this beautiful hotel in Dallas is such a staple, but my spa experience was subpar. The technician was phenomenal. However, the facility was outdated and just not a relaxing experience. The noise from the overhead garage made me a bit anxious, as if it might cave in; definitely not the Crescent brand experience.
