The property is conveniently situated close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The rooms are well appointed, the bathrooms and linens are luxurious and the staff is friendly, efficient and charming. Having breakfast in the dining room every morning was the perfect way to start the day. I felt like I was in lovely manor house and not in your typical metro hotel. Though some of the surfaces were a bit worn, not in an unkempt way but more like a well loved property which only added to its charm. And a working elevator is a very nice touch!

Our stay at the Roseate has been nothing short of wonderful! The staff were very friendly, gave us a free room upgrade to Junior Suite (which is very beautiful), and even offered tips for where to head to after our stay. We‘d love to stay here again the next time we’re in London!

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
