Amazing hotel and amazing staff
Krish, Lorena and hamish were amazing to me, Mark & Vinay also were great on check in I had an absolute great stay, I have stayed nearby in hotels and in other countries, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, the staff make it great! I love this hotel!!!

Fantastic stay
Great location for sightseeing. The service is wonderful, all areas are spotlessly clean, and our room was lovely and well‑decorated. Would recommend.

Stepping into the hotel space, you will first notice the room is clean—every corner has been carefully tidied, the linens on the bed are neatly arranged without a single wrinkle, the floor is spotless, and there’s no trace of dust on the tabletop. Even the small decorative details are kept fresh and orderly, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. What makes the experience even more delightful is that Loredana serves so great. She pays close attention to every subtle need of guests, responds to requests promptly with thoughtful, warm gestures, and always maintains a gentle, sincere attitude. Her attentive care makes every moment of the stay feel comfortable and reassuring.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
