Our recent visit at Christmas time was our third stay here and it always feels like coming home. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, eager to give us any assistance. Emma at the front desk was especially warm and friendly, whilst the Customer Service manager Graeme was exceptional in his service. He could not have done any more to make our stay a wonderful experience. Graeme would check in with us every time he saw us, checking to see if he could do anything for us, and full of ideas to make our stay in London even better. At the end of our stay we delighted in making suggestions for activities and places he could try! We stayed in the roseate suite with balcony, which had a four poster bed that we found to be very comfortable. We always got a great sleep. The suite overlooks Westbourne Terrace and was very quiet - we did not even notice any passing traffic, which was especially appreciated during the night. The mini fridge was very useful (especially as we found the delicious breakfasts to be huge!) We loved the character and decor in the rooms and on the rare evening when we were not out, our sitting room was a great place to relax and watch TV. There was also a second TV in the bedroom. The bathroom wasn't huge, but it gave us everything we needed, especially a warm, comfortable and relaxing bath. The location of Roseate House is perfect for us - a very close and easy walk to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express and a number of tube lines including the Elizabeth line, ideal for the West End theatres, bus lines, shops, pubs, restaurants and park. The Christmas decoration you gifted us arrived home safely, thanks Graeme. We will definitely stay again at Roseate House on our next visit to London.

I made an error in booking and both the representitive (Sunny) and my contact at the reception (Vishnu) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is spacious and takes service in their highest regard. All in all an impressive stay, next time in London, I know where to go!

We stayed here 3 years ago and absolutely loved it, unfortunately it seems to have gone down hill. Were told at check in if we wanted to book breakfast it would help them as they were busy but we didn’t have to. 30 mins later we went down to book and were told they were full up from 9-11 and could only have breakfast before 9am- a tad early on a Sunday morning. I would definitely advise phoning to book in advance as others were turned away despite it being included in room rate. Don’t bother emailing as I emailed a query 2 days before we stayed and didn’t get a reply. Staff a real mixed bag, guy on reception very cheerful, young girl just wanted to check her nails and one of the cleaners who we came across when one of the lifts were broken looked like she was about to launch herself out the window. We had to unblock our toilet and the tap leaked and made an awful noise. Definitely needs some work, both on the hotel standards and the staff attitude

Had a lovely Valentine's day stay at Roseate House. Staff were very welcoming from the start, check in was easy and a pleasure. Hamish and Vishnu were very helpful in regards to making sure we had a great stay. Our room was clean with lots of amenities. We were very happy with it. Location ideal as it was a short walk from the nearest tube/train station. The included breakfast was of a high standard. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
