Fabulous staff!
My stay here was amazing. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, but what made the stay so good was the wonderful staff. Shee and Emma on reception went above and beyond for us, arranging transport, booking restaurants on our behalf, giving excellent local recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. I would definitely recommend booking a stay based on their hospitality alone. Thank you Emma and Shee! I look forward to returning soon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the staff. Special mention goes to Buddhika, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, and I’ll be returning on my next trip.

Perfect Stay for Our Family – Thanks to Buddhika
We had a wonderful stay and would like to especially thank the hotel manager, Buddhika, for making our visit so comfortable. We are a couple traveling with a baby, and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. From arranging small details to checking in on us personally, his kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The hotel itself was clean, welcoming, and family-friendly, but what really made the difference was the care and attention Buddhika showed throughout our stay. It made us feel at home and completely relaxed. We highly recommend this hotel, and we are truly grateful to Buddhika for his excellent service.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
