We absolutely loved our stay at Roseate House London! From the beautiful atmosphere and lovely location to the warm hospitality, everything made our visit feel genuinely special. A huge thank you to the reception team, especially Mark, Vishnu, Eva, and Lore, who were incredibly considerate, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness really stood out. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel so genuinely welcomed. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our experience even better. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Roseate House London to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We had an amazing stay at Roseate House London. The hotel has such beautiful English charm, and I absolutely loved the classic furniture and elegant atmosphere of the room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and such a lovely addition to our stay. The front desk team were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. A special thank you to Mr. Virchow and Mark for their wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so well looked after. The only thing I would suggest improving is the timing of the room cleaning service. Housekeeping usually started cleaning our room in the afternoon, which was often around the time we returned to the hotel for a nap. It would be much more convenient if room cleaning could be done earlier in the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed the warm, classic English feel of Roseate House London. I would happily stay here again!

Best hotel in London! It first started with a perfect smooth check in, in which Mark was very friendly and hospitable. My family and I had a few nights stay and I was glad that I chose this hotel. Breakfast was great too!

I had a very enjoyable stay at Roseate House London. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was particularly comfortable and was probably the highlight of the room for me. The service from the team also made a positive impression. Mark assisted me with check-in and was professional, warm and easy to talk to. Vishnu also helped with my bags and made sure I had everything I needed when settling into the room. He kindly wrote a note addressed to me and my partner and placed it in our room before our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and something I particularly appreciated. The Hyde Restaurant also did not disappoint. I ordered the Wagyu beef sliders and French fries, both of which were delicious, and I would definitely recommend the panna cotta! My check-out was also an incredibly positive experience! Loredana assisted with my check-out and continued to provide the same friendly and professional service I had experienced throughout my stay. It was nice that the positive experience carried through to the end of my stay. The only minor issue I noticed was that I could sometimes hear neighbouring guests and people walking around. However, this did not significantly affect my stay as it is quite typical for the old-fashioned buildings in London. Overall, I had a very good experience and felt well looked after throughout my stay. The combination of the comfortable room and, more importantly, the friendly and personal service from the team made the stay memorable.
