Roseate House London, distinguished to be one of the best five star hotels in central London, features 47 luxurious rooms and suites spread across three mid-19th century, Grade-II townhouses built in 1842, restored to the original allure and charm of their rudimentary Victorian architecture.Each room features classic Victorian furniture and original oil paintings from the era, personally handpicked and curated by Jonty Hearnden, antiques expert, appraiser and presenter of BBC’s Antiques Roadshow and Cash in the Attic. An unexpected jewel
An unexpected discovery for us. We didn't expect much and were thrilled from the very first moment. Upon check-in, Mark at reception greeted us with remarkable friendliness, and despite our very early arrival, we were able to access our room immediately. Our little suite was truly a charmingly furnished gem. We felt very comfortable. A comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast is served à la carte, so you definitely need to allow extra time, as we had to wait almost half an hour for our eggs Benedict. That was the only thing that could be improved on this otherwise perfect stay. The service in general is excellent and attentive. They proactively ask if you need a taxi and inform you about breakfast times without even asking. All the staff are friendly and in a joking mood. Your luggage is taken care of immediately, and at the first sign of rain, they provide you with an umbrella. That's how it should be. We felt very comfortable and welcome and would love to come back.

Excellent hotel with good service
It was my pleasure to have the hospitality of Roseate House London everything is well planned and food is awesome.servive is also excellent. Vishnu Hamish and Abbos is very helpful through out the stay

Lovely people
Lovely boutique hotel next to Heathrow express. The service at the front desk was elegant and warm. Nice room with everything you need. The bed was so very comfortable. Well stay here next time we're travelling through London. Great value for the price.

The most aesthetic hotel and the warmest welcome and service
I want to thank the hotel and personally thank Loredana and Hamish for their warm welcome. I’ve had a bad day and Loredana brought me macaroons and warm letter to my room! The room itself is super cozy and beautiful! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! The location and area is super nice as well

Highly recommended hotel
This hotel made my first European trip so great. My family and I had never left our home country before, so we were very worried about how to get around London. Fortunately, the staff was very friendly and understanding. They always offered to help when we walked past the reception, and Mark even helped us to book several tickets and planned day trips! He went well beyond what he needed to do. Definitely will come back!

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
