My stay at The Roseate Hotels & Resorts was absolutely outstanding. The hotel was exceptional in every sense — elegant design, luxurious rooms, and a very calm, refined atmosphere. Everything felt well thought out and premium. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff; they were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Service was fast, attentive, and consistent throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. The location, cleanliness, and overall comfort were top-tier. I genuinely felt valued as a guest and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-end, memorable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and made me feel right at home. The staff were absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. A special thanks to Piyush for the outstanding hospitality and to the entire team for making the experience so comfortable and memorable. Truly appreciate the care and effort. Highly recommended

My wife and myself stayed for 2 nights at the end of December 2025. Whilst the hotel itself was very fine we did have an issue at checkout. We were presented with a total amount to pay which we did. The figure felt higher than expected. At this point we hadn't received an itemised bill. On request of the itemised bill it was clear that we were overcharged by the sum of £130 for parking. We were told this would be repaid in 3-5 working days. This was all handled by 'Shokh' at reception. The overpayment was not received in the period specified requiring myself to chase it up. My issue was handled by Graeme Cook, Guest Experience Manager. The overpayment was received shortly after along with an email offering us a suite at a discounted rate. We thought this was very good service and felt good about the inconvenience. On contacting Graeme to take up the offer I was told by Graeme the he was in fact not authorised to offer this deal with no further offer being made. This has left a sour taste which has certainly tainted our view or revisiting or recommending this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
