An Exceptional Stay – True Hospitality at Its Finest Our stay at The Roseate House London was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely cared for and valued as guests. What made this hotel so special was the warmth and personal touch shown by every member of the team. The hospitality felt intimate, sincere, and reminiscent of the good old days when service was truly personal. The staff would even walk us to the door and wave goodbye as we left – a small gesture that meant so much and perfectly reflects the level of care and attention guests receive here. A very special thank you to Vishnu, Mark, Hamish, Abu, and Krish. Every one of them went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine desire to make guests feel at home are what set this hotel apart. This was our second stay in London, and without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made us feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly looked after throughout our visit. There are many beautiful hotels in London, but hospitality like this is rare. It is something you can only fully appreciate when you experience it for yourself. The Roseate House London has mastered the art of making guests feel special. Thank you once again to the entire team. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning. We’ve been booking out the meeting room at the beautiful Roseate House in Paddington for a couple of months now and the customer service and overall experience is always exceptional. Buddhika and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to make sure we are well looked after. The value for what we pay is genuinely brilliant and that’s why we keep returning.

Such a wonderful time, Vishnu, Krish and the rest of the staff were so friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room we had was amazing, with a phenomenal view of the gardens from the window. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and they were generous enough to extend our check out time so we could enjoy it for even longer. The location is perfect, sat right in the heart of London next to paddington and we were able to leave our bags and roam around for the day before picking up for the train. The rooms were clean and the noise level, even with the balcony doors open was minimal for central London. The atmosphere is classy and the value for money is great considering the excellent experience we had. Thank you!

I had the most incredible stay at the Roseate - not only was the hotel its self was beautiful but the service was exceptional!!! The wonderful Krish and Vishnu treated us like royalty and helped accommodate us in every way possible - could not recommend the Roseate enough!!! Thank you thank you!
