Afternoon Tea - an absolute shocker! Went with high hopes offering ‘the best afternoon tea in London!’ Stale bread sandwiches - tasted like they had been frozen! Slow service and all for a very high price! When we complained about the sandwiches they offered us fresh ones! Why not serve them first time round?? Even the discount offered didn’t take away the bad taste! Do better and stop deceiving people!

Our stay at Roseate House was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and incredibly well cared for. A special thank you to Hamish, Emma, and Vishnu—each of them went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greeted, doors were opened, and they made sure every need was taken care of without us even having to ask. The location is perfect—on the quieter west-central side of London, yet within easy walking distance to Hyde Park and a variety of wonderful restaurants. It struck the ideal balance between peaceful and convenient. Breakfast was fabulous, and we were delighted to be upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and a comfortable sitting area, which made our stay feel even more special. The cocktails were excellent as well—every detail throughout the hotel felt thoughtful and elevated. The level of customer service here is truly above and beyond. Roseate House delivers not just beautiful accommodations, but a genuinely special experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. They should be listed as a top 10 hotel in London

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
