The location of this hotel is 4mins walk from Paddington Praed Street Station or 5 mins from Lancaster Gate Station making it a superb location for London access, parks, walking, shopping, entertainment, etc. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful however, we recorded two complaints about room cleanliness and restaurant service. Reception asked us to confirm a reservation for breakfast as the restaurant can be very busy. We confirmed 09.00. On the first evening we moved a chair at the corner table (to view the football on the TV from a better position) and found at least six finger nail sized pieces of glass under the table (which we left on the table). We reported this to the reception staff and in mitigation suggested that an earlier guest may have broken a glass and probably picked up the larger pieces. On the third evening I moved the chair again, for the same World Cup reasons, and identified a number a small shards of glass. The carpet below the table and chair had obviously never seen a vacuum cleaner for sometime. I reported the second incident to reception on the fourth day morning and while having their attention, I commented that the restaurant staff are working very hard however, they have no leadership, did not manage to serve all of the ordered food at the same time on any of the previous two mornings. An example being: 09.00 arrive at restaurant and wait 5 minutes for a table to be cleared. 09.05 table rushly set incorrectly and menu's provided. 09.10 order taken. 09.15 orange juice, water and tea arrive. 09.35 the Eggs Royale arrive and more tea was requested. 09.45 the toast requested 35 minutes previously arrived along with the second pots of tea. 10.00 we left the restaurant. After making this complaint on the third morning the service vastly improved with a manager assisting the two waitresses to ensure all of the breakfast items were served to the table at the appropriate time. The hotel has a very good core staff, who are all working hard to provide the best service they can, however their is no leadership front of house and no room quality compliance inspection by anyone in management. In our opinion, and from personal experiences elsewhere, this hotel should not have a five star rating.

We had a wonderful stay at Roseate House Hotel and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They even helped take our luggage directly to our room, which was a great first impression. Both the check-in and check-out processes were quick, easy, and very efficient thanks to their modern, technology-driven system. The hotel was spotless and had a charming, authentic British atmosphere throughout, from the entrance to the guest rooms. Our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, including coffee, tea, a kettle, a refrigerator, and complimentary bottled water. The room was also very well air-conditioned, which made it especially comfortable and stood out compared to many other places we've stayed in Europe and the UK. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The restaurant is small but cozy, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, Roseate House Hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We ended up booking this hotel at the last minute after a terrible Airbnb experience, and it completely turned our trip around. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Their customer service was truly exceptional, and they made us feel cared for during a very stressful situation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning, which made a huge difference. The hotel amenities were great, and everything was well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on such short notice. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. You made what started as a difficult experience end on a very positive note. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
