The Roseate House is a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location, walkable to Hyde Park, Paddington Station and great shopping. It's a quick bus, tube or taxi to Notting Hill and Portobello Road as well as many sights. The hotel staff especially Graham, Ylenia and Emma were so welcoming, nice and really helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the bar and dining rooms lovely. The bedrooms could use a little facelift but would definitely recommend because it is also very well priced for London.

We stayed for one night this weekend so I could explore London with my 9 year old son. The location is absolutely perfect, it’s incredibly easy to get to all the major sights. Our room was on the smaller side, but for a 1 night stay we weren’t looking for anything big. What mattered to us was cleanliness and safety, and the hotel definitely delivered on both. The room had everything we needed: a Nespresso machine, kettle, umbrella, ironing board and iron, also a bathtub for my son. We were also helped by some really wonderful staff. A special mention to Shokh! We discovered he’s Uzbek, and we ended up chatting in Turkish, which gave us an even warmer feeling. He kindly assisted us with extra questions, like lending a converter and recommending nearby restaurants. Big thanks again for his friendly attention. I’d also like to thank Priyanka and Abdollah for the breakfast. We had both the English and continental sets, and they were delicious. The jams and pastries were especially tasty. All in all, a great choice for the weekend. Thanks to the whole team!

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
