We had a wonderful experience at this hotel we arrived very early and our room wasn’t quite ready as we needed to arrange an extra bed for our son to be placed in the room. Loredona on reception was welcoming and friendly advising us on where we could go to use the best of our time as we were only in London overnight. They stored our luggage which was very helpful Returning back to our hotel Hamish on the reception desk informed us we had been upgraded and our room was Absolutley stunning it was a suite with a separate room with a television and our sons made up bed. The extra bed did cost £40 but Absolutley worth it. The room had everything all details taken care of . First impressions of the shower I was concerned about the water pressure as the hotel offers elegant period features and in the past showers have not been great in other hotels but this was a highlight a truly invigorating shower. We had a late evening family meal in the bar gorgeous food and drinks. Some of the drinks on the menu are very expensive however we choose a very reasonably priced Sauvignon to accompany dinner and it was lovely. Our little boy was treated very well and enjoyed spaghetti Bolognese followed by the chocolate brownie. We slept really well woke up feeling refreshed in the morning and ordered breakfast to our room. We also ordered a vitality blast drink, which was invigorating. Thank you for an incredible stay. Also Thank you to Mark nothing is too much trouble for these guys hopefully we will be back very soon with the rest of our family.

Now our favorite Boutique hotel in London. Great personal service, terrific quiet room and a perfect location near Paddington for an escape through Heathrow. Loved the quiet semi private street. Had breakfast included in the rate and it was a proper one! What made the hotel so special though was the service. Right from the initial greeting at the front door, the small refreshing ginger drink, the well trained front desk staff to attentive waiters. Well done! Wish we had paid attention to the reviews on their on site restaurant as it looked so good. We we already had reservations elsewhere but next time we will have dinner there. Just a great place!

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at The Roseate House London two different times in August. I cannot begin to express our gratitude to Eva, Hamish and Loredana. They were all simply amazing. We have never experienced a hotel stay as wonderful as this one. The hotel is beautiful, classy and spotless. Our rooms for both stays were immaculate. Highlights included chocolates and a drink at check in, a private breakfast room for our family, the staff welcomed us back each time we went out during the day, luggage delivery to our room(we had a lot of luggage), a wonderful tea in the restaurant, fruit in our room on the second stay, personalized help from Eva, including maps and "tube" instructions, help getting us to the train station on our last day, storing our luggage on the last day so we could see as much of London as possible. All of that was simply amazing. However, the best part was our conversations with these three amazing individuals. They became our friends and we hated to leave them. We took a very special picture with them as we headed out. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our trip to London wonderful. We will never forget you!!!

My mother and I stayed at Roseate House for two nights when we went to London to celebrate her birthday. The hotel is gorgeous, full of English charm, well maintained, and in a perfect location. The service at the hotel is absolutely impeccable. A special thank you to the front desk team, especially Vishnu, Mark, and Lamish, who were all incredibly welcoming and considerate throughout our stay. I couldn’t recommend a stay at Roseate House more, and would love to stay there again for my next trip to London.

A wonderful stay My husband and I stayed at Roseate House London for four nights and had a very positive experience. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and provides all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet very close to Paddington Station, which makes it extremely convenient for getting around London by public transport. We also really appreciated how quiet it was at night, so we slept very well throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to London!

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
