A memorable stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 10 hours ago

We recently stayed at The Roseate London and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service we received. A special thank you to Hemish and Buddhika, who both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They were always happy to help and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience. It’s the people who often make a hotel stand out, and Hemish and Buddhika are a real credit to The Roseate London. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We look forward to returning and would happily recommend The Roseate London to anyone visiting the city.

Great Afternoon Tea selection

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Visited Roseate House for Afternoon Tea. The staff were extremely friendly, the Buffet room was very pleasant and comfortable with plenty of room to each table. Service was exceptional and the tea/sandwiches/cakes were delicious, good variety and plentiful. Had the vegan menu as my fellow guest was vegan and even as a non-vegan I found the food very tasty and enjoyable. There was a lot of food, but they provided very cute take-away boxes.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
