BEST SERVERS EVER!! Mariano (awesome we love him), Mary, Carmen, Paola, Marisol, and everyone else
MARIANO was the BEST waiter I have ever had in my long life!!! Such an amazing service, personable, charming, charismatic person. The food made his amazing service EVEN better (if possible). We not only had amazing service but he was also teaching us things about the hotel (such as the name meaning beautiful). I would come back to this hotel just for Mariano’s service, BEST EVER, 10000/10!!!! Additionally, the spa massage ladies were INCREDIBLE!! Just like Mariano, they made the experience even more relaxing and tranquil, they were so helpful and accommodating; they actually cared about our experience and us!! MARY, MARISOL, PAOLA, and CARMEN: PERFECT!! Those were the names of the massagers and they deserve the entirety of Inca treasures dedicated to them just because of how amazing they are!! All in all, Mariano, Carmen, Mary, Paola, and Marisol made the hotel experience truly 10000/5 stars, they took the entire hotel (which was already great) truly to the next level from the second we stepped inside. I would 1000% recommend this place just based on the amazing service we received, and not just by the named servers, every single worker in here was incredible. If the hotel sees this, GIVE THEM A RAISE, they deserve it and SO much more!!🍵⛰️🇵🇪

The hotel is in ideal location. Cecelia, our server was vibrant, friendly l, and knowledgeable about the menu. She remembered us from meal to meal and was patient with my broken Spanish.

Hotel experience
We were looked after beautifully by Andree in the restaurant. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Thanks to Sumaq Machu Picchu for its vision in creating such a tranquil space. If I return to Machu Picchu I would definitely stay here again. And the food was delicious!
