Good location beside river and walking distance to all interesting places. Very smiling staff. You feel welcome. Dinner was just fantastic, very tasty, all 3 courses. On top of that very professional staff. Same with breakfast. Probably best hotel.

A trip I'd love to repeat. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Frank gave us a warm welcome and coordinated our requests. Eva was a spectacular masseus and Michael made us feel special with our dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel, staff and food was outstanding. Frank and all the the staff took care of our needs and went beyond our expectations! From being at the base of Aguas Calente we could see watch the weather for Machu pichu. The relaxed atmosphere allowed us to settle down after a day of travel and hiking. The rooms from the linens and and supplies truly was worth it!

We had a delicious lunch here after visiting Macchu Picchu. The view by the river was beautiful, and Johann our waiter was friendly, funny, attentive, made excellent recommendations, and was extremely helpful with some complicated dietary requirements, even making adjustments to the menu where necessary. We had trout ceviche, corn pie, fettuccine, steak, cheesecake, and fruit salad, and every course and item was wonderful. We would thoroughly recommend!
