Exceeded expectations!!
From the moment we entered the doors we felt welcomed and “spoiled”. Each person went out of their way to provide exceptional service and attention to us. The front desk and room service were exceptional and our restaurant experience was amazing. Our waiter Mariano was so attentive and helpful in providing recommendations, and the food quality, taste and presentation was far and above the best we’ve had in recent years. This was a great place all around!

A perfect stay
The hotel , service , restaurant and amenities were fantastic. I could find no fault with anything. After going up to Machu Picchu this Sumaq was perfect ending to our journey!

The initial challenge with choice of room and refusal for late check out resulted in serious complaint. Mr. Daniel, the hotel manager, presented himself immediately and offered change of Rome, as well as the late checkout. The rest of the day was quite pleasant; friendly and pleasant stuff all around. The main cook approached us twice with very friendly welcoming regards. By the way, the food was exceptional.

Spa experience
My spa experience at Hotel Sumaq was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, everything felt peaceful, luxurious, and perfectly taken care of. I especially want to highlight Mary, whose professionalism truly stood out. She provided an excellent service—attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring. She made the entire experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality spa experience.
