The villa's sun decks are furnished with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor sofas around the private pool, perfect for lounging and taking in the expansive coast with breathtaking views of St Martin. The poolside area also features covered outdoor seating and dining, a BBQ grill, and multiple lounge seating.

The vacation villas are segmented into two houses, with three large bedrooms in the main house and another three large bedrooms in the bungalow.
