Crystal Sunrise Villa

This four bedroom home has gorgeous views of St. Maarten and is a 2-minute drive (5-minute walk) to Sandy Hill Bay beach. You know you have reached somewhere special as you drive up to the house and park. The entrance is flanked by twin fountains, and as you enter, you see the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms.

On the main floor is a large kitchen and dining area, a living room, a guest bedroom with an ensuite, and a powder room. Sliding glass doors lead to a very large pool deck with shaded and open areas for relaxing or dining. A games room with a pool table will be a hit with everyone. The upstairs has a large primary suite with beautiful wood floors and ocean views. The primary bathroom is oversized with a bidet, toilet, jetted tub, multi-function shower system, and twin vanities. There are two additional guest rooms with king beds, a TV, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Also on this floor is a sitting room with a sleeper sofa.

For star gazing and private sunbathing, the roof deck is a fantastic spot. On the main floor is a large tiled deck with a pool. Special rates may be negotiated for longer-term stays.
