A stairwell from the kitchen leads to the basement apartment, which includes three bedrooms, a playroom/gym, a small kitchenette, and a casual living and dining area. This separate apartment has its own entrance, offering privacy for guests.

These rooms offer stunning views of the turquoise and blue sea and feature large windows to let in plenty of natural light. Emily House is situated in the Atlantic Shores area, known for its picturesque and serene atmosphere. It is close to popular surfing spots, Miami Beach, and the fishing town of Oistins.
