The ground floor includes an air-conditioned media/library room, a large family/reception room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and the social heart of the villa, a large bar with bar stools and an adjacent lounge area.

The large sun deck and swimming pool are bordered on either side by tropical plants and large luxury sun loungers. The four en-suite bedrooms on the lower level all have easy access to the pool and outside areas via an enchanting indoor-outdoor corridor. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated barbecue area along with a dining room perfect for relaxed meals with family and friends.
