Heronetta offers a commanding beachfront location, offering four acres of mature tropical gardens directly on Sandy Lane Beach. This beautiful five-bedroom villa has a wonderful charm and uses its ideal location to create the perfect holiday setting.

As you enter Heronetta's expansive grounds the beautiful mahogany tree-lined driveway leads you to the main house where you will be greeted by the highly trained staff ready to make your vacation that much better. The grounds are perfect for yoga and wellness retreats with ample room for up to thirty persons to enjoy and relax in this Zen tropical garden setting.

The main house has a wonderful open area courtyard with a fishpond which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee before heading to the outside dining room to enjoy breakfast prepared by your own private cook. Guests can also enjoy lounging in the open-plan living and formal dining area which has large sliding doors to allow cool breezes through and enjoy the views of the Caribbean Sea.

Heronetta consists of five double, air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other three are positioned in the delightful self-contained cottages positioned within the gardens around the main house. All cottages and the main house have wireless internet in all rooms to ensure guests are always connected.

This wonderful estate-style home also offers a private swimming pool, tennis court with lights for night tennis and a separate dining gazebo perfect for enjoying dinner alfresco.

Heronetta has direct beach access and has its own private cabana on the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club located just two minutes the Beach. You can also enjoy complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas as well as a fully stocked bar when at the Beach Club.
