Indoors: All-new furnishings and fixtures, travertine floors and wood ceiling beams adorn the 3,600 square feet of the open-concept living space. Guests will find a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry, double ovens and a 5-burner gas range with pot-filler; an impressive 9.5-ft dining table with seating for 8-10 and plenty of comfy lounge space in the living room with a large flat screen TV and funky décor. Through the hall off the living room guests will find the east-wing of the house where there are three purposefully designed bedrooms, each with their own TV, in addition to the primary suite that conveniently opens onto the pool courtyard through its own entrance. At west-wing of the property you will find the second primary with king bed, en suite bath and private entrance from the front courtyard. Through the courtyard there is a private casita with king bed and en suite bath as well.
